- This hotel is special! We arrived 17 June for 2 nights only to discover our booking didn’t exist! Duty Manager Kaspar took over! He exuded sympathy and charm, and calmly sorted a lovely room for us. The booking problem with our agent was duly sorted without involving us. Great! The hotel is an oasis of calm. Excellent food in the Bacchus restaurant and impeccable service throughout. So easy to recommend this hotel.
@SlijonReviewed July 2024 - My wife and I stayed at The Wedgewood from 3rd-12th June on a trip from the UK to visit family. From checking in, with the excellent Casper (who facilitated a paid-for uppgrade), we enjoyed beautiful, well-apppointed suite. Evenings in the bar at The Bacchus, complete with a range of pianists, we're super-relazing with great, friendly service from our waitresses, especially Eena (sorry if we've got the spelling wrong!) Our doormen were also very helpful. Indeed, we could have saved ourselves a lot of time, trouble and expense on a trip to Richmond one day if only we'd asked their (or the concierge's) advice beforehand. In short, it's hard to think of any way in which our stay in Vancouver could have been improved. We would heartily and unreservedly recommend the Wedgewood to anyone looking for a great, relaxing, well-appointed boutique hotel in downtown Vancouver.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the large tub was so relaxing! We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend the Wedgewood Hotel!

Food was amazing each course was a culinary treat, we can't say enough about this unique hotel, we were sad to only be staying a couple of days, but hope to return next year, we would totally recommend this hotel, staff were very helpful, the rooms were spacious, there is a warmth entwined into the very fabric of the hotel and its staff.
