Facilities open for day trips?

I am thinking of visiting Cape May for a day trip on a weekday after Memorial Day. We could bring our own bikes to do a little bike riding around town and admire the Victorian mansions from the outside, while maintaining social distance. We don't need to go onto the beach.

I would like to patronize a couple local restaurants for take-out lunch and afternoon snack. Are any open?

What about public bathroom facilities? Are any open?
