It has a lot of high end brand names alongside many dining options.Written May 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - VVillaniNew York City, NY17 contributionsI purchased a Groupon for a Cheese and Wine Class and it was a nice experience. I found the cheese and wine tasting to be an A+ experience. I learned a great deal about the various cheeses and matching wines that enhanced the entire evening of tastings... The initial meet and greet cheese Fondue was tasting and the Cava served was also very delightful. Overall, I recommend attending a class or two - I thought it was a great way to experience some quality cheeses.Written July 22, 2013This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Zack M1 contributionThis is not for the in-store location! This is for the online Williams-Sonoma customer support. Quite possibly the rudest people on planet earth. Over a $50 claim for something that was their fault 2 years ago, they held up the order for my couch which came to over $3600. They fought tooth and nail with me over $50 from 2 years ago due to a mistake they made with a sale item that I bought and I made a claim with AMEX that was literally closed and then they told me they would cancel my couch order over this unless I released the claim that was already closed! I said I'd like to speak to a manger and they said no managers and too bad they will cancel my couch. I had to phone back for 30 minutes to make a formal complaint about the disgusting sales person who hung up on me and was incredibly rude to me and after requesting this $50 would be taken care of as a customer service gesture, they refused again and said too bad and pay or else my couch gets cancelled. Completely ridiculous do you not want my over $3600 over $50?!? Insane to say the least. I had to pay it and I asked for a receipt and confirmation the couch would not be cancelled and they said the hold is lifted but no confirmation. I asked why and they said goodbye and hung up AGAIN on me! These people need to learn manners and customer service 101. Absolutely disgusted and will never shop at Williams-Sonoma, West Elm, or any of their other store umbrellas due to horrendous customer service and completely rude and unacceptable experience wasting over an hour of my day during the work day!Written March 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
