RIPOFF!!! Lawn Seats are $20. Soda $9 with no lid on the cup (gross). Food $$$ for two small tacos. No snacks allowed. No stadium seats allowed. Do not bring your own empty water bottle, not allowed. It’s suppose to rain tonight, no umbrellas, no plastic bags. You can bring a sealed water. Their lawn seats obstruct the view, so annoying. Only clear bags allowed or a small clutch. They inspect your clutch for weapons and drugs but they don’t inspect pockets. Get in line early. If your tickets don’t work you have to exit out of line, make sure to talk to security before exiting so tou can renter by passing the long line. Staff are nice, but what a total rip off.

Had BOX Seats VIP for Garbage. Everything was perfect. The seats were amazing. The VIP lounge area was great. The service was instant. I did NOT park based on the other reviews. I stayed in a local Hotel and used an Uber for rides. I would highly recommend doing the same. Also, VIP box is for sure the way to go. It makes everything so much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Do not come to a concert at Usucka! Unless you’re Chad and Lori Daybell and can teleport or you own a Helicopter, stay home. Use the extra time to grow a garden, learn how to play the piano… train for a marathon. Satan and his angels are currently studying USANA learning how to better torture humanity. Why? Because USANA has perfected it. Yes the acoustics there are wonderful but if your marriage is in tatters or you’ve burst several blood vessels by the time you get there, is it really worth it? I’m trying to give the folks who built USANA the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they constructed it before cars were invented. Or maybe the road engineers took that month off or are missing a few chromosomes. If that’s the case, then I suppose I could find a little forgiveness. But if they did this deliberately, then Marquis de Sade has nothing on them. If Elvis, George Harrison, Lennon, Jim Morrison, and Prince suddenly resurrect and form a super band and their first gig is USANA. I’ll maybe consider coming back. Psych, just kidding. I’m never coming back.

This venue is horrible.

Parking is slow and a nightmare. Sales are slow because of huge lines.

Went to Megadeth and Five Finger Death Punch.
The sound wasn't working for Megadeth for half the set. Only got like 4 songs.

Then the lights blew out during FFDP. After 15 minutes in the dark we gave up and left.

Usana is a joke. Let them go broke.

The Worst!!!
The end of the world will start at Usana Amphitheater. Traffic is an appalling mess. Limited entrances, poorly trained staff, massive bottlenecks of people overheating in the hot sun. There is no shade to be found. Parking is a mess. The only well managed area costs $50 per car (so they say on their site), but it’s more like $80+. $80 to park in a field. People seem willing to pay anything to lessen the pain of that poorly planned property.

Electronic tickets ONLY—no cash. The infrastructure is NOT equipped to deal with thousands of people trying to access electronic tickets and so angry folks are frantically pacing trying to get enough signal to load their overpriced tickets.

Extremely expensive food and drinks are available but vendors don’t except cash and the hand held credit card processors get hung up…again because of overloaded band width.

Massive confusion over water bottles and lawn chairs turn force attendees return to their cars thousands of times every concert. Staff complain to attendees that Usana hasn’t updated the web site to reflect the changes. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY WAITING FOR? Summer’s ending.

Once you’re finally settled the amphitheater has great acoustics. Enjoy the show…because leaving the concert is another chaotic nightmare. Dudes in vests waving flashlights at cars who anxiously jockey for any way to get the hell out of that insane asylum.

That venue needs a huge exorcism. It’s a colossal travesty. Go really, really early if you want to avoid insanity. Kill time enjoying severely overpriced basic food and really expensive cans of beer.

You think Utah concert goers are brainless? If so, Usana is headed the right way for an organized boycott.

Fix it!!!

This is a great venue and had been fun in the past. However the lack of security and crowd control is a concern. There is a lot of smoking in the lawn area to the point you are exposed to vape fumes, pot and cigarettes. It’s gotten really bad. At this point it’s definitely not family friendly or safe.

Great concert but parking is a nightmare. You would think with having concerts every week for years they would have figured it out but no. Be prepared to wait a very long time to get out or get at $50 and still wait half an hour. We’ve been to other places and events that had 80,000 and were able to get out in under 20 minutes. Parking alone is a reason to not come here.

So the pros and the cons, I will start with the pros first since this is sadly the shorter list. I went to the AJR concert on 6/11/2022. I have no complaints regarding the performers. The show itself is 5 stars. Would highly recommend seeing them. Just not here if things don't improve.

Pros:
The stage itself and the effects of the show were amazing. I applaud the stage hands and the performers that night for the amazing effort to make the actual show a blast.

The vendor employees and the box office staff were good. They followed our requests as best as they could and were very polite.

The seats and lawn area is well kept and very nice. This is a comfortable place for a concert when things go smoothly

The volunteers who handled the traffic and parking did a great and smooth job. We had no issue getting in and out of this busy area with our car.

Cons:
The lack of organization. Volunteers were all over the place and also nowhere to be found at the same time for questions.

I don't know who told them to do this but, they had people both paid and unpaid customers be in the same line. This line crept around the whole area like a snake and went up the hill about the area. There were 21,000 people there as one volunteer stated. My brother and I had a mix-up with the line order and were rushed in because we were in the wrong line but, had our tickets and followed directions from the security quickly and with no issue. We got into the show in plenty of time because of a MIX-UP. That's shameful for a place that hosts high-profile concerts like this. There were absolutely no signs to tell people where the lines started. Fast pass or otherwise and when we asked the fast lane gentleman, he was extremely rude. This could have been an easy fix. One line for the fast lane, one line for paid regular tickets, and one line for unpaid.

People who were clearly handicapped were denied easy entrance to the show, whether they had fast lane tickets or not. Meaning that people in wheelchairs and cases had to be in the hard, uneven dirt, waiting the literal miles long line for hours. That's terrible to think this place is so inconsiderate to those with physical disabilities.

Young and elderly were being exposed to heat exhaustion. Throwing up while being in this snake line and not being offered water since this place bans water meaning people came without water because they didn't believe they would be waiting in 85-degree heat for two to three hours. One elderly lady and her daughter were trying to get into the gates to get medical attention for the elder because of heat exhaustion. That same rude fast lane volunteer and two others denied them entry and didn't offer to bring medical staff to her or even just a bottle of water. The radio host playing music at the entrance offered her a chair and to be in the shade where he was at. If you are going to ban people from bringing their own water, then at the very least, volunteers can go around offering water for sale or even for free. But, no. Everyone had to wait to get into the show to buy water if they even made it inside at all.

The conclusion to my review is that there were 21,000 people in line. Only 19,000 made it inside the show as the performers said to the audience. That many people paying a lot of money to see them to then be denied entrance because of poor organization is absolutely awful. The worse part is, that this theater doesn't have a place on its website to make a formal complaint. So that is why I am here. If you plan to see a show with a big turnout like this one, just avoid this place altogether. Save yourself a headache from buying the ticket from a third-party website and find another location. The show itself was wonderful, getting in was nothing short of a nightmare

Employees seem to be poorly trained, poorly managed or collectively unwilling to work.

The line into the concert was not managed and individuals and groups simply formed their own lines. In some ways I don’t blame them as it took over 2 hours for my family to get into the venue and we arrived an hour before the concert was to begin.

Leaving the parking area was an embarrassment as well. Upon getting to our vehicle it took over an hour to move literally 100 yards. we saw a lot of parking employees congregating and socializing. Luckily there was an individual, a non-employee, that began directing traffic and it really helped.

We will be choosing other venues for the foreseeable future.

Spend your money elsewhere for concerts!!! You now pay way more for way less. Grass seating no longer worth it at all. USANA's increased prices do not reflect an increase in experience. Absolutely no longer worth the grass seating. Consider it grass standing. Inhaling weed and vape smoke from the cattle packed back has lost all its appeal. They say they are worried about Covid but didn't even have hand sanitizer or soap in bathrooms before the concert began.
Parking outrageously high up to $50 a night, no more bringing in your own low profile chairs, $7 water bottles without lids. And "convenience" fee prices jacked up for their convenience, not yours.
New management for USANA has ruined this venue. Time to go somewhere else.
