- 706michelinew0 contributionsSeattle Post cruise tourWe had a wonderful tour of Seattle after our cruise. Our tour guide was Matthew Posner and he was simply amazing. He knew facts and trivia about Seattle that was mind boggling! The best part of it is that he sang to us! He has an amazing singing voice as he was in theater for many years! What a wonderful day to see Seattle sites and be sang to along the way. Thank you Matthew for an amazing experience!Written July 29, 2024
- Mickontheway0 contributionsAn Incredible ExperienceI admit it. I was skeptical. At 3 hours I thought I would be bored. News flash: I never was. Our driver, James, knew a lot about all the sights. We even had three stops to see even more. Definitely the best tour I've ever been on.Written July 28, 2024

Our tour guide, David (Elvis) added so much to the experience. - Rick T0 contributionsMust visit attraction in SeattleFor all lovers of aviation history and to view a world class tour this is a must. The tour is about 80 minutes and you can expect to spend another hour or two in the museum and observation deck. Worth the effort to head to this attraction about a 30 minute drive from Downtown Seattle.Written July 21, 2024
- 256russellh0 contributionsSeattle with Matthew, the Singing Tour Guide, :-)OK, after getting off of a cruise ship in Seattle and needing to spend the day doing something more interesting than sitting at the airport for our redeye back to the East Coast, we booked this tour, with extension, and had the joy of spending a good part of the day with "Matthew the Singing Tour Guide." He is an engaging, knowledgeable, guide, and made the time well worth it. We would book this again without hesitation!!Written July 20, 2024
- barblX7293VT0 contributionsEarly Bird food tour is excellentWe experienced the Early Bird Tasting Tour of Pikes Place Market. Our guide Sarah is a local expert on all things about the Market. The tastings were spread out, and she personally knew a lot of the vendors. The market is not as crowded in the morning, and our eats ranged from Rainer Cherries to Indian Street food. I highly recommend this tour, you learn so many facts about the history, the people and the food. Very well organized.Written July 11, 2024
- kristenwC9790XA0 contributionsBest of Seattle tour! This is a great tour, very comprehensive! Mark was a great guide! He picked us up from our cruise ship in the morning. We saw many parts of Seattle that we didn’t even know to ask about (like the troll under the bridge)! He new all the right places, the best views, the history, the current hot spots. He was thoughtful enough to stop halfway at a local site for us to use the restroom and get snacks! When we were done, he got us to the airport on time! There was a delay with a bridge unexpectedly closed, but he got around it and we were still on time! Our only regret was no information on or time at the space needle. And we didn’t get to stop at Pike Place Market, but I guess that is another tour.Written July 7, 2024

Sara was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the market, the food, and the area. She was patient and even suggested other spots to check out after our tour ended. My experience was made better because of her.

Sarah was super knowledgeable! I learned way more about the city than I thought I would, and had some great food that I otherwise would have never had or even known about.

We did the Early Bird tasting tour of the market. Our guide was Woody, and he did an excellent job of explaining history and culture as it related to the tasting spots we went to. This tour was WELL worth the $, as everything we sampled was excellent. We had not eaten that morning, but we were full at the end of the tour! Because we were on a tour, Woody was also able to get us to the front of the line for many of the popular spots. Take cash for tips— the vendors really appreciate them!

Bob was an amazing tour guide - full of all sorts of interesting information/background about the market. Loved being able to just zoom up to a location and get the food without standing in the line! Well worth the cost of the tour!

My entire family loved this walking food tour of Pike Place Market. As first timers, it provided a great intro and we all enjoyed the variety of food we were able to sample. We took the 10am tour, which I felt was a great time. Early enough to miss the big crowds but not too early. At the end of the tour we had all had enough food that we skipped lunch. Chip was an awesome tour guide - personable, interesting and full of great tips about other Seattle sights worth seeing. Plus, we were given a discount tour at the end of the tour to a number of vendors and were able to take advantage of it as we wandered the market on our own in the afternoon.

When going to a new location we always love to start with a tour and this one did not disappoint. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, sunblock, hat, and bring a water bottle. It was a fun walking tour to many places at the Pike Place market. Everything was yummy, but I am also not a picky eater. Non-stop eating for 2 hours. Come with an appetite.

Our party consist of a celiac and a Pescatatian. Is this tour something we can still both enjoy?

We had someone who was vegetarian on our tour and they had special food options for her on the tour. They seemed to be very accommodating
Written July 18, 2021
My BFF and I will be visiting early december. A) . one of us is vegetarian; will the tasting locations be able to accommodate? B) . any issues with December (weather etc) for this tasting tour.
Written September 11, 2019
She will definitely ask about any restrictions u may have. They cant accommodate all issues but there will be things to eat. And the market itself and outside in december will be very cold and most likely rain. So bundle up and enjoy Seattle

would this tour accomodate a wheelchair
Written July 23, 2018
I would ask the company directly. There was a lot of walking in narrow spaces and some stairs. It sounded like there was an elevator option if we weren't ok with stairs.
Written July 24, 2018
would this tour be able to accomodate a wheelchair
Written July 23, 2018
Yes it would. There was only one area we covered in in the market that had stairs and I believe there is an elevator. I would mention at the time of purchase and I’m sure they can customize the tour for you.

How difficult for senior citizens, a lot of walking, etc.?
Written May 30, 2018
There is not that much walking, overall, but there is a lot of stair climbing and most all the tour we were standing. We were up for it but I know she would cater to needs. There are elevators if needed and know she talked about folks in her previous groups that have been on scooters. So, I think you can get around the walking - at least the stairs and standing if you let her know. You may want to give them a call to see if you are comfortable with her "senior" precautions. Also, the walking was NOT fast paced at all.
