Our guide Val was knowledgeable and funny. You see many impressive houses and learn much interesting history. The walking pace is relaxed. Our guide Gabe was very knowledgeable and interesting; gave us lots of history of the city, especially the wealthy people who built these homes. The gardens were especially lovely. The neighbourhood this tour takes place in has the most amazing architecture - we couldn’t believe the houses we were looking at, which are also a little bit creepy. Our guide Angelique was fabulous- knowledgeable with interesting stories.

Quinton was our guide on this tour. Even though the group was a bit large the portable sound system the guide was using made him easy to hear. It was an easy walk and at each stop that we made, the guide did a good job of giving the history of the place along with some interesting side information. I would definitely recommend this tour as it covers the St. James Court area of old Louisville.

BEWARE - Half hour before the tour it was pouring rain and all day it was raining. Your requires 100 minutes of walking outdoors. Listing indicates event dependent on weather. After contacting both trip advisor and the organization that was conducting the tour was told my money was not going to be refunded. I asked them to send proof that the entire event was rain free like I did of the downpour just prior and was sent nothing but a no - we won’t refund your money. If it’s raining that day - don’t risk it because they’ll steal your money and say the event happened even though the rain won’t allow it to happen. No way am I’m going to walk outdoors in the rain for 100 minutes. Also live out of state and will not be back anytime soon to enable event rescheduling. Only risk booking this event if the weather is forecasted to be stellar.

We spoke to you several times through out the day to keep you up to date on our weather policy. It rained earlier in the day and cleared up for the tour. We explicitly state this on the ticket site that we will cancel due to bad weather, if it is indeed storming. . There was no downpour that day. The event indeed happened a the tour guide and guests had a wonderful time. They didn't even need umbrellas. We are a small state and the weather changes quickly. We would not risk our guides and guests if it were not so.

Had to miss original tour but rebooked. Glad I did. Had Quinton as my guide and she was awesome. Knew a few things prior to attending but she expanded my knowledge. Definitely would do and will be doing again

Great tour! ANGELIQUE was one of the best tour guide we have ever had! Do the day tour if you want to just look at the house, after sunset they are kinda hard to see or get pictures.
