- Peter FPerth, Australia54 contributionsWorth the train trip and the kids enjoyedFamily entry is not cheap, but with unlimited rides is a good idea. Close walk from train station. Rides were short and you can enjoy most things in one day. Working displays abound and the sub ride great for kids. In the morning a lot of stores were not open till later. Appearances looked a bit dull and could do with some uplifting Kids went home happy and that is the main thingVisited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 28 October 2023
- rudy_setiawanBatam Center, Indonesia299 contributionsGreat for those who likes Lego and target for younger kidsWe went to Legoland Japan located at Nagoya on long weekend holiday so I believe it is more crowded than usual. But the queue is not very long, we manage to ride many rides in the park. We are a bit disspointed as there is no ninjago live show which our kids hoping for. But overall we still enjoy our time there. On the souvenier store, its good if they have more variety which is specifically for Legoland Japan so it feels more exclusive for the visitor. We love the Lego factory tour. It is about 30 minutes from JR nagoya station to the legoland.Visited February 2024Travelled with familyWritten 5 March 2024
- R and R BDarwin, Australia1 contributionA memorable day for the family is assuredThis was our second trip to Legoland. On first impression, it does not appear very large, but as you wonder around, more and more seems to become apparent. It is not as large as Disneyland or Disney Sea, but it has some great rides and the queues are much shorter than at Disney parks. Ther are also some amazing displays. It is a full day outing for a family. I would highly recommend it.Visited June 2024Travelled with familyWritten 15 June 2024

My 4 year old had the greatest time here. So many things to do, enjoy and explore. We loved the submarine ride the most and the rides were great for our little one.

Went on a slightly rainy day. My girl tripped over right after entering legoland due to the slippery floor. No sign, floor dryer anywhere nor any staff trying to dry the floor. That caused my girl having a deep wound and requiring stitching in local hospital. Returned to customer service of the park afterwards, reporting that to customer service. But no idea whether the staff understood what I said. No action i can see except the lady nodding head all the way. Can only found tel number on websote, which i doubt if person who picks up can communicate in eng according to my experience there. Management should take action to ensure safety on weather condition like this. It was a painful experience and hoping No one will experience this like us.

Dear Resort25761744431,
How has your child's injury been since then?
We have reviewed the situation and are conducting drainage work in the park whenever the rain stops.
However, we didn't do so on the day of your visit because it was still raining.
We will continue to drain the ground every time it the rain stops, as well as at the entrance in the morning,
While informing park guests of the slippery surface due to the rainy weather, we will take all due care to ensure that visitors can enjoy the park safely and peacefully, even in bad weather. <2023 September 11 updated>
Dear Resort25761744431,

Our team works hard to ensure an enjoyable park despite poor weather, but we will take your feedback into consideration. Once again, all our staff will work hard to ensure that our guests can enjoy LEGOLAND® Japan Resort in a safe and secure manner. If you visit us in the future, we will do our best to meet your expectations. Thank you very much for your feedback. We sincerely pray for your child's recovery.

Went with my family. Son's birthday. It was a really nice day. Staff were welcoming. It is worth remembering that this is an attraction for young children so the rides will reflect this. It's a theme park and if you want haute cuisine, this is not a place to visit, the food is what you would expect a worldwide attraction chain to provide.

小さな子供から大人まで楽しめる様々なアトラクションや施設があり楽しめました
園内での飲食が少し限られているので食事は園の外で済ませることをおすすめします
There are various attractions and facilities that can be enjoyed by both young children and adults.
I recommend having meals outside the park since the dining options within the park are somewhat limited.

Awesome spot if you are traveling with kids. Not too crazy busy like Tokyo Disney land or Universal studios.
On weekdays, you don't even have to wait in line that long.

A modest sized park (finish in one day) but new with nice theming and many fun rides for little kids, plus an awesome Miniland with buttons which the kids loved. No waiting time at all on a June weekday. The staff were super friendly and my family had an awesome time.

Don' go without researching. Very expensive admission prices , and really only for kids. Nothing for solo visitors. Had been at the adjacent Railway Park so took a look. Had a terrible sandwich, coffee and left.

Anyone ever try this itinerary, Osaka 6am train to Tokyo but stopping for the day in Nagoya. Are you allowed to hop off and hop on with a shinkansen fare that is unreserved if I bought Osaka - Tokyo tickets?
Would I just have to buy Osaka - Nagoya and then Nagoya - Tokyo tickets?

Is it easy to get a taxi from the train station going to Legoland? We are arriving around 10pm from Tokyo and would rather not walk to the park from the train station.

Do they generally speak English in Legoland Nagoya?

Most Japanese speaks very little English, they always speaks to you in Japanese as if you can understand them. In Legoland Nagoya, we didn't have to ask questions or directions so it was fine. To order food, you can just point to pictures.

Hi, how can I get help in English with my tickets? I haven't received / can't locate the booking email and need it re-sent. The Call Centre is only in Japanese!!
Hi, I am going to Legoland from Centair International airport (nagoya international airport). Does anyone know if the bus from airport to Legoland allows checkin luggages?

I think so.
That bus doesn't stop right outside Legoland but near the pier about 1/2 km from Legoland.
That's the same bus taking people to the Outlet Park in Mie Prefecture.
