This is a popular and busy place, so I don't feel bad about writing up a review based on my visit during the World Cup: these guys can handle the crowds. Attendance was good, reasonably fast, eager to cater for our demands, including placing an extra table and chairs. Bar food menu looks interesting and decently priced, beers come cold. Friendly atmosphere and TV screens 360, guaranteeing all customers a good viewing experience.
Unfortunately, the food was a disaster. The deep-fried codfish balls were either made out of an entirely different fish or fish gone bad because they were inedible. The "coxinhas" were oily and contained very little filling. The pork was uninspiring, the potato crisps dull. Seriously, basically everything we touched disappointed us. Will think twice before going back.

I have mixed feelings about Primeiro, I have been there a couple of times because I had to meet people there and once because it was the closest place within walking distance after a haircut.
They have a wide selection of cocktails but the amount of actual alcohol in the cocktails are questionable and they are tending to be more on the expensive side. I will suggest o stay with the beers.
The food is average but for as far as "bar food" goes, it is a good place to go. If you are interested in consuming large amounts protein while drinking beer then they have a couple of good choices of platters although the quality of the beef has not been consistent between my visits ranging from very good to disappointing.
During my last visit last night with a friend our first server was great and extremely helpful, the person working the section with him should not be in the hospitality business. When we eventually got the bill we were overcharged and in my opinion not by mistake but deliberate, difficult to instead of charging for 2 people for the bank to miscalculate and charge for 3. The band was not very good either but on the other occasions the live bands were not bad at all.
The open air feel of the place gives it a very nice atmosphere and it is a pity that an evening has to end on a sour note because of poor service and "bad accounting"

If you want to try the Brazilian "caipirinha" this is the place. Great drinks, cold beer (as Brazilians like to drink) and the food is wonderful. Great experience.

The waiter who served us was attentive, but the receptionist was unable to respond to simple requests such as asking the waiter to come to our table.
The main point was the food, I found it very bad, a carpaccio served with a strange and not tasty mayonnaise and the corned beef was roasted and tough. The portions are extremely small, they must do this to make us less angry because they are so bad!!! I gave 2 points due to the attentive waiter and the fried chicken (which you can't go wrong with) that we ordered on the way out and it was reasonable.

Invasion of public areas, disrespect for the law of silence, terrible service, high prices for low quality, poor quality music and now they even close the street preventing people from coming and going.

We went for lunch, it was already past 3pm and there were still options available. Executive dishes very well served and good food. There is live music at night and it seems to be a good place for those who like this type of environment.
