Had to take a long, walking detour to the entrance because of Olympics construction. No warnings about this from the tour company. My wife was on crutches, so could not do this. Viator (tour company) will not refund the fees we paid. Very disappointed with tripadvisor

No refunds and the event conveniently cancels the day before it’s supposed to happen. This is a textbook scam and very disappointing.

Do NOT use this booking - I booked this over a month ago and just got notified that this booking has been cancelled - just over a week before we are to go.

We booked relatively late (only 4 weeks before!) and the only affordable option was the stair climb to the second floor. Unfortunately, the day we went, the temperature was 29C, so the climb was a little challenging. At our allotted time, the queues for the stairs weren't bad (the heat might have put some off). It was very busy which meant finding a seat on the first level was difficult, and nowhere at all to sit on the very crowded second floor. A not very large bottle of water was 6 euros. We need quite a few, so that became costly. We had avoided having to buy food on the tower as we had bought picnic food from a nearby supermarket (small and quite expensive, but much less than the tower). There were a few grassy patches in the shade but forgot to look out for pigeons in the branches (probably why no one had been sitting there previously!). Big queues for the refreshments on both floors, but far worse on the second floor. Fortunately, even though we'd booked the stair climb, you can use the lifts to go down.

Despite themselves having a no cancelation policy, they canceled on me the night before. I got my money back but now there’s no way to get another advanced ticket. I don’t understand what they get out of this (undermine the competition? Make interest on my deposit?) but it’s clearly a scam.

Very very overpriced. You still have to que, so you may as well just get tickets yourself when you get there and save a fortune. Under 25s pay less too. Lost the guide halfway round. Although the guide was very pleasant. Wouldn’t recommend very overpriced.
