Not all stops are wheelchair accessible
It is a quick and comfortable way to get around the city but they should warn you that stops are not accessible to wheelchairs, such as the “Plaza of Nations” which has 4 steps to reach the street.

We waited for 45 min under the sun with 2 kids under 5
Choose false creek ferries these guys are always full and seems bad customer seervice. Weve been baked in the sun fro 45 min they said they “radio”-ed for a “fresh” boat but no body came. We called customer service and said unfortunately they we cant do anything but wait. Very few of the aquabus seems to go to stops 1 and 2, mean while flase creek (the blue ones) have double the amout of ferries they have in the area. We couldnt use them because we biught the all day pass! Our experience sucked.

        A wonderful experience with Aquabus
The driver was friendly and professional, providing helpful information and handing out a brochure of Granville Island. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and I felt safe throughout the trip. The pricing was reasonable, and the easy credit card tabs made the process smooth. Highly recommend for a pleasant and informative boat ride!

Aquabus: a great way to see Vancouver from False Creek
These rainbow-colored ferry boats are a fun way to tour around False Creek and access various stops in Vancouver. We started at Granville Island and went to almost all of the stops getting on and off at a few including Yaletown and Plaza of Nations (don't get off here unless you are going to a sporting event). Two years ago there was an initiative to train more women to be a part of the maritime activities in Vancouver and now there are quite a few women aquabus ferry pilots which was a delight to see. Even in the rain, this is a fun way to tour around Ferry Creek and access various parts of Vancouver. Some are electric and they are in the process of converting more to electric (just in case you are concerned about environmental impact).

        Very easy to use.
We bought are all day pass online as we were wanting to visit Granville Island and explore false creek. We didn’t wait too long for any of the little boats to ferry us up and down false creek. The boat captains were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use this service again.

Enjoy the cherry blossoms ashore while on board
We had so much fun riding on the colourful mini ferries along the False Creek to look at the cherry blossoms along the shore of David Lam Park. The staff were very friendly and the wait for the next ferry was always short! We hopped on it from the Park and had our lunch on Granville Island and tried to take the sky train home but found out the nearest would involve taking the bus then the train. Changed our plan….hopped on another mini ferry and went to the other end (Science World) and took the sky train there! So convenient!

        Affordable, convenient
We purchased the day pass so that we had the ability to hop on/off, which we were glad we did! The staff were very informative and had great recommendations. Loved that we never had to wait too long to have an aquabus pick us up!

        Fun way to travel
A fun way to get around the southern shore of downtown and cross False Creek for Granville Island and the Olympic Village. We spent a day hopping on and off. Simple, fairly cheap and very frequent

        Great experience
I took the Aquabus several times on a recent trip to the False Creek area. The 'captains' were jolly and very helpful and one even offered to take me to The Plaza of Nations even though his shift had finished, They run frequently, are clean and wheelchair accessible.

        Great way to travel
The aquabus is a great way to travel around Vancouver's False Creek. The fare is relatively cheap, the ride is smooth and fast and the staff helpful and professional. And the views are absolutely wonderful!

Buy the day pass and save money...
Paid $19.00 for a day pass and it was more than worth the price, started off heading to Granville Island, spent a few hours looking around caught the Aquabus to all of the other stops got off and looked around at each stop, got on again and moved to the next one. Longest wait for a ride was less than 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly, ride was smooth. Great way to get around False Creek for some sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Boat from Granville Island to Yaletown
We had a few hours to explore Granville Island and Yaletown. Great alternative to public transit. Boat operators in both directions were amazing. They provided information on the area and great fun facts.

We had the pleasure of being escorted by Captain Eric on his Aqua Bus Vessel. Although our Friday night was cut short, Erique remained professional throughout; refusing our drinks and other offers. He was knowledgeable, polite, and just the right height.

Overall, great endeavor, and will definitely be returning for the Captain Air-ic Crusade.

I took the aquabus last Saturday and the view was awe-inspiring.
The captain (i think Eshana ...) was really funny and friendly. We talked a lot and she was really interesting in telling me many funny stories and all the touristic facts. I would definitely recommend this tour with her!

If you want to see the Vancouver skyline while being Downtown, take the Aquabus on False Creek. Kids will love it and you will be able to see a good part of Vancouver. Aquabus has 8 different stops for your convenience. A nice discovery that will be repeated in my book

If you haven't rode on the Vancouver AquaBus Ferry you must. Spectacular views of the inner harbor, and all it has to offer, including it's peoples.

Pretty efficient, the buses run every couple of minutes and provide a cheap option to do some sight-seeing if you are heading to a distant station.

This is a good way to see the sights along the waterfront - not to mention a quick trip between the neighborhoods!

Since I love being on water it was a great attraction and way to go around Vancouver. There's many stops you can hop on, hop off, stops at most attractive parts of the city you might want to visit, schedule is pretty convenient, fairly priced. Skippers are friendly and ready to help.

I would recommend getting around by ferry instead of a tour bus, waterfront is just super satisfying. And it's a much nicer perspective of the city. Especially beautiful after it gets dark.

We took the Hornby street ferry over to Granville Island while we were out with our bikes. We had a great day and crossing both ways with our bikes was very easy.

If I am there again I would be back on these ferries.
