Check in was easy. Most of the staff were friendly. Rooms were ok, bed not too comfy and may as well not have had a pillow, I had to put a folded blanket under mine. The entertainment was great for kids, loads for them to do.
We went to this hotel as we love the location.
Food however was not great. We were all inclusive and ate out 5 out of the 7 nights and most dinner times. We had a chicken burger from the food truck it wasn't cooked, we had a beef burger in the restaurant and again not cooked. One of the bar staff overheard us and had a word with staff. Few days later and food was cooked better. The chef did do me a jacket potato on request as I just really struggled to eat there.
The staff at the restaurant door took the room number on entrance even though we said probably wont be eating here as there was no food I could eat.
The bar staff were amazing, they did table service on a night. Samuel one of the bar staff was fantastic, he offered to help with anything he could he even recommended a nice English pub when we asked for a good place to eat.
You can rent a beach towel for 20 Euros each and change it daily but you get the 20 Euros back when you hand the towel back in on checkout. You can rent a safe for a refundable 10 Euros and then pay 3 Euros per night.
Receptionist helped us out with places to go and how to get there.
I would not rate it a 4 star hotel compared to other ones we have been to, more like a 3 star.
