Amazing holiday, couldn’t have asked for more. We were greeted to the hotel with champagne and ice cream, before our luggage was taken to the room. We hired towels (€20 for a week) and it’s refunded at the end, worth it as you can swap these throughout the day. The hotel was immaculate, likely due to the staff who throughout are so pleasant and have a will to go above and beyond. The entertainment team are amazing, our 2 year old daughter loved them as well as teenage children and even adults. We were not expecting a lot from an all inclusive buffet but it was stunning, the speciality changes every night and is fresh and clean.

Thoroughly recommended 10/10.

Nice family hotel

We've spent 10 nights at the hotel. Reading all the reviews about the dated rooms I prepared myself for the worse. I was surprised, because the room was totally fine, basic,nothing fancy, but clean and very roomy. The bed was comfy as well. And it was cool as well, we barely used the AC. The walls are thin though, you can hear everything.
Garden and pool were nice,not extremly busy. Most of the staff is nice and helpful, trying to please you, especially the guest manager is taking care of everyone.
The food quality is quite good, however after 5days it became very repetitive and boring. I appreciate the sustainability in the hotel, but since there are no straws provided at all, it was very hard to drink slush or the very icy cocktails.
The animation staff and evening entertainment were amazing, however daytime activities could be announced on stage prior,because I never found, where the fit activities were taking place.
The location is superb, close to the strip,shops, restaurants. The beach is the most beautiful ever.
You really can't fault the hotel, we had a lovely stay here.

Had an amazing time!

Had a great time here, felt very welcome, staff were all amazing! Friendly, professional, helpful, could not ask for more. Food just great, entertainment fun and professional. Loved the kahoot quizzes and the Casino Night. Pools and gardens amazing, we mostly were at the quieter pool which was a bit deeper so you could do some proper swimming.
Thank you everyone, we are planning to be back sometime :)

Excellent experience

Rooms are great. Amenities are fantastic and staff are exceptional especially Juan who looked after us all night with drinks and amazing service. Hotel is always busy but the staff do excellent at making you feel special. 4/5 would recommend

Fantastic Hotel

I stayed at this hotel 16 June until 23 June with my 7yr old son, my sister and her partner. On our arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were pleasantly srprised that the hotel puts on a cold food buffet for visitors arriving through the night. We arrived shortly after midnight. We had a double room and a twin room. The rooms were immaculate and the cleaning staff were very friendly. My son had an accident one night and the cleaning staff could not have been more undersranding and compassionate.
My sister and I have myotonic dystrophy which causes poor mobility. We asked if there was any way we could reserve sunbeds at the pool to make it more accessible for us. Carolina and Rhyan could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Throughout the day they checked on us to make sure everything was okay. They could not have been nicer. Ibrahim welcomed us into the restaurant most evenings. He is a credit to your hotel. We invited him to sit with us on our last day at the pool. He accepted and sat with us for around 30mins. He was on his break but chose to spend some time with us which we enjoyed. It added a more personal touch too. He also offered to help us with our luggage when we were leaving but we could manage ourselves. The food was lovely and a good selection too.
In the evening we spent time in the bar. Adriana was lovely and made sure we had drinks and snacks. The table service was welcome due to my poor mobility. The the staff were very nice too. An older staff member (man) came to say goodbye to us as we sat outside waiting on our bus to the airport. This was very kind. The groundsmen/handymen/pool attendants (I'm not sure what you'd call them) were very professional and always offered a smile. They helped my family in the morning to put extra sunbeds out at a more accessible area for us.
I hope I have not missed anything. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make out stay one of the best I have experienced. I would definitely go back. The access to the beach makes a difference too as does the sea view from our balcony. No complaints.
