First of all, I should mention that they were very serious about the disinfection of both the guests and luggage. However, although the staff always wore masks, they did not make it mandatory for the guests to wear masks in the premises. Apart from that, the most irritating problem that I faced there was that they did not have any Valet parking when the parking area is almost a kilometer away from the drop off area. I had to drop off my wife and luggage at the main building, and go for parking making her stand there alone. This can be enough reason not to call it a five star hotel. Nevertheless, they have numerous Buggies in the resort, drivers of which are very professional and aware of your need making it very easy to move around inside the resort. They have three restaurants. One of which was only for all you can eat buffet where we had breakfast in the morning. Other two restaurants had continental, pan-Asian, Indian and local cuisine. However, I tried all three restaurants, and in my opinion, they are not something to look forward to. The menus are overpriced and not very fulfilling. I tried a sandwich that was really great. In short, the food served in the three restaurants are tasty, but you will not feel satisfied because of the less amount and high price. The buffet breakfast was not bad which we enjoyed. The swimming pool was good, but we had to book it beforehand as they only allow 20 persons at a time. We also enjoyed steam bath which was very refreshing. Most amazing part of it was that we did not have to pay extra for it as it was complementary for guests. One can also enjoy Sauna and gym facilities. They have a baby lake in there where you can enjoy a boat ride which is hilarious. Above all, the room was really well decorated and comfortable. It was one of the best rooms in Bangladesh in my experience. We had an Executive room with King Bed. There are several Outdoor Activities that you can enjoy. For instance, Cycling, Water sports, Basketball, Tennis and Climbing as well as indoor games. Overall I felt that the money spent was worth it. An amazing hotel room experience with some outdoor activities can be a good getaway for two days, but not more than that. The staff is very professional and deserving of a five star rating.

Hi, My Name is Dr Mohammad Nazrul Islam. I went to The Palace on Februrary 28, 2020 along with Osmani Medical Batch 07. The Lobby is vast and welcoming and reception friendly and helpful. Dining is very good with efficient waiters and the choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner also very good. Aside That, I can not walk properly because of my accident and thats why it's very hard for me to move here and there, during my dining time in olive restaurant manager minhaj helped me very much. After welcoming from restaurant minhaj hold my hand and helped me to walk with him and arranged for me to get a table nearby from buffet, he brought my food from buffet area, he knows that i can not walk properly because of my walking problem. And during my whole dining time he was taking care of me and my wife, after finished my food he brought for me a finger bowl with some hot water and lemon for wash my hand. I noticed that, he wasn't only taking care of my table, but also getting feedback and check from other table as well. I found him very hard working, polite, humble and good personality with always smiling face. I would like to say thank you minhaj for your great hospitality and god bless you.

This was our third time at Palace. We visited for two nights during the first week of January. It was a pretty sudden plan and finding availability was a struggle as this was peak time. We are a family of four and we could only find one deluxe room with an extra bed added. However, we managed to upgrade to the single bedroom villa for the second night.Firstly, regarding stay, both the rooms were great albeit the first one being a bit small for the four of us but honestly it was mainly due to the rush that we had to fit in there and I don't blame the authorities. The villa experience was top notch. Secondly, food. Absolutely fantastic. From the last times that we visited we always had a negative experience regarding food but this time is a whole different story. We took the food package that is basically an a la carte for lunch and dinner and I highly recommend to take this package. Both the restaurants provided amazing food that I would definitely be going back to. Lastly, the service. Another flawless performance. The staffs are incredibly well mannered and kind. They would offer assistance in every imaginable scenario and is very quick to respond to calls like room service etc. One special mention would be bell captain Ataur ( apologies if I got the name or spelling wrong) we had the wonderful fortune of having him drive our buggy a few times and had lovely conversations with him. The only thing that palace could improve a bit on is the facility of sanitisers and more hand washes specially given the current pandemic situation. But other than that, it was a phenomenal experience.

The Palace is an exceptional resort with a multitude of amenities. It’s a great place to visit for families, couples, business groups and anyone who wants to layback and relax. The views from the villas are serene and peaceful. The staff make the experience 10 times better with their amazing dedication towards the guests. They are extremely flexible with the needs of their guests and have implemented impeccable safety precautions to prevent the spread of coronavirus. My experience here has been one of the best, especially after being quarantined for over 5 months. My personal favourites are Mr.Oaled, Mr. Mayan bar manager, Mr. Juel Shah room service and Ms.Eshita Olive restaurant hostess. They have ensured that our trip goes smoothly and provided us with first-class service. My personal favourite restaurant in the resort is Revolution, the steak, bolognese and Caesar salad is a must try. They buffet has an array of options and the quality is top notch. I’m a picky eater and a germaphobe so both hygiene and food quality is very important for me and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the services here. One of my favourite resorts in south east Aisa! If you come to Sylhet, give the Palace a shot because you will be in for a treat. They have a wide range of activities for both adults and children. My younger siblings enjoyed the kids pool the most and the play zone!

One of the best resorts we have visited until now. This is the second time I have visited the Palace Resort with my family and friends, and it won't be the last.
It will be hard to describe all our experience at this resort. From security to the management team, all the staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and well trained. They knew how to serve the customers. The team makes the experience ten times better with their fantastic dedication towards the guests. They are incredibly flexible with their guests' needs and have implemented impeccable safety precautions to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
The receptionists were accommodating and friendly. The room was well equipped, and the service was excellent. From the window, we could view the beautiful nature. The location of our room was perfect.
The buffet from the Olive restaurant was good. Special thanks to Hasanuzzaman (Manage- Banquet) for his excellent service. He has ensured that our trip goes smoothly with the first-class service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and appreciate all the work that resort has given us, especially the Kid's Water park, Game Zone & Boat riding. I love to mention Room Service stuff hats off there services, mostly thanks to the staff that was assigned for the 3rd floor (Room # 315) at Tower Building. For me, it was nice to get an opportunity to have a real vacation with my family.

A true sample of excellent hospitality. Truly one of my best experience. We went there for our honeymoon and it was worth-it. The environment, facilities, behaviour of the staffs were magnificent. Everything was well decorated and oriented. What I liked the most was the special care for the pandemic ��Corona Virus”. Every staffs were very careful and they properly sanitised everything before touching anything and presenting them to us. In case of foods, they were truly mouth watering. We enjoyed them very much. Everybody were very well behaved and they helped us at their best possible ways. Specially, I want to thank “Ismail vai” of Olive as well as “Hannan vai and Jewel vai” of Olive. We are Travel Freak Couple, We have Visited So many Beautiful Places all over the world. As All of we Stuck for the last Few months causes of Pandemic situation, we Actually felt Suffocated. Then, We decided to Visit the Palace. After Going there, We were Amazed at Each & Every step of our Journey till the End. What an incredible Environment has created by PALACE Authority, Really Grateful to Them. We experienced the best Customer Service ever, we felt Like Family because of their Smiling & Kind Behaviour. Recently I visited The Palace with my family group of 50person..In this Covid situation they proof Enhanced Hygiene putting sanitize station with safe stay guidelines. Experienced traffic Staff rite from the reservation person Tanveer, Shuborto & Obvishake arranging rooms by everyone choice is very thoughtful and caring.. We thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciate all the work the resort put specially kids water park & Game Zone truly Amazing. The stay at the resort has been so nice that I wish I could extend for couple of days, the employees are proactively professional, specially Mr. Kazi, Ms. Maria, once you feel the necessity of something in restaurant, they will be by you in no time as if they were thinking the same altogether. The foods are scrumptious, full of variety makes them more appealing, the distant villas are on picturesque landscape, serene visinity made us feel more homely. On our first day, we were in a 2-bedroom villa, then 3 days in Tower building. The rooms in Tower building are a little bigger than those in villa, however the size won't make you feel any less in service quality and feeling. One great issue is that kid friendly rides are available near villas as well as main tower which is why my 3 year old daughter had the best time ever in a resort. The rooms are spacious, having proportionately spacious bathroom.The resort is very much worth its value. However, one small pitfall - a resort of such standard, staff and stuff quality should have a bigger swimming pool, at least two times the size it now has. I hope the authority would consider the issue.

We stayed 2 nights in a 2 room villa with my family. in last week of Oct 2020. Accommodation & Facilities: Villas 9 out of 10. Swimming pool, water zone, Kid's play zone 9 out of 10. Buggy service 8 out of 10. Covid safety in villas and restaurants 9 out of 10. Natural Ambience: 10 out of 10. You can see and hear lots of birds, squirrels, monkeys wandering around the lash green trees and lawns freely. Service: great. 10 out of 10. Mr Jamals' team's service and hospitality made us feel special at the Revolution cafe. Mr Wasim's expert suggestions helped us to taste their magical delicacies of pan Asian dishes in the Nostalgia. Hospitality score 10 on 10. Restaurants: 10 out of 10. Contrary to their buffet, their 2 restaurants the Revolution and the Nostalgia serves superb Continental and pan Asian delicacies. Mouth-watering starters, main courses, desserts and soft drinks. The staffs there are very well behaved and served warmly. I recommend to take the lunch and dinner in these restaurants. Buffet: 4 out of 10. All their buffets including the breakfast is too ordinary - variety is so poor considering a 5 star facility. Many buffets in non star rated restaurants in Dhaka/Ctg will easily beat them. Overall: Great experience. Please go to their Restaurants rather than their buffet. If you stay 2 nights you can enjoy wonderful 5 star specialties which will be a good value for money. The resort is pretty big so please plan for activities beforehand to enjoy all their offerings.
