I have been emailing this property for confirmation of my reservation but haven't had the courtesy of a reply. I've written 3 times over the course of a week using both their designated email address as well as the form on the website. I have checked junk mail as well as my in box for an answer. My question is whether this is customary service for the PrimeroPrimera Hotel.
Almost immediately after posting this problem, PP did respond. It's good to have such a clear demonstration of TA's impact on the travel market.
Its really strange, we ve never had complains about that. May be they not always understand English. We do everything in Spanish. But i am concerned about youre complains, its really not PP we know. Call them.
I agree with MGSrejec! I had a great experience with PP and hope to return some day.
Not at all, in my opinion, based on my experience. Their customer service was exemplary at all times. In fact, I received a series of emails ahead of travelling asking if I wanted an airport pick up, automated check in etc. I suggest you give them a call, everyone is fluent English speaking. Maybe your mails have not landed. Great hotel IMHO !
Get an answer from Hotel Primero Primera staff and past guests.
