We stayed in Sky Rooms on two occasions and in both rooms the toilet and shower are separated from the wash hand basin area by a solid sliding wooden door. The toilet and Shower cannot be seen from the bed area.

Toilet and bath / shower area are private with a solid door. Sink area was open behind wooden slats so brushing teeth may not be so private

In our room the toilet and shower were private. The sink area was more open.

Our hotel in Barcelona, Hotel Seventy, had a bathroom that was separate from the bedroom. The sink was separated by some louvers, and it was very acceptable. Plus, the hotel is spectacular.

There was a pull down shade between the bathroom and the bed areas. Pretty private.
