Good afternoon I have booked this hotel and my booking says free shuttle bus from airport to hotel

How do I go about getting when I arrive.

where have you seen this? because I do not remember a free shuttle on either of my recent stays... the metro stop is about a 7 minute walk and that would be the least expensive way to get there...
