SO Much Fun, a delight for families coming to Nordegg. A covered picnic area, ample room and it is all clean and family friendly. The bike park is meant for w wide range of ages and abilities and So COOL. A day can be spent, bathroom are available in the Historic School next door and a meal and pie for dessert at the Cafe.

The new discovery park has amazing views of the mountains, is adjacent to the Historic Golf Course, centrally located next to the museum and some little shops. There are gazebos with lots of picnic tables for seating, an exercise area for adults to use while the kids are playing or biking, and the pump park caters to all skill levels.

If you're in the area at all, this park is a great place to stop for a picnic lunch! There is a ton of space for people to relax without feeling like they're all crowding each other, and there's shelter from poor weather. The Pump Track is a great place for kids of ALL ages to get out and burn off some steam! Bring a coffee, enjoy the mountain view, and have a great time playing on the hill slides, climbing rocks, jungle gym... or adults can use the workout space as well!

This park was designed for fun for all ages! The Outdoor Discovery Park has many things to offer to the young and old. Kids will love the water pump, sand diggers and sand area, monkey bars, swings, slides, a hexagonal climbing area and boulders for climbing. Adjacent to the park is a great bike pump track which can occupy kids and their parents for hours. The play space itself is set up as more of an outdoor social space, with seating integrated into the play area, in the beautifully crafted gazebo and pergola. Nordegg is a small town that has lots to offer. The next time you're travelling through, stop and check the park out ... the kids will thank you for it.

So many things for the whole family to do. The pump tack is AWESOME and we all put on some serious miles there. Beautiful shelter for breaks or eats. Sand area, climbing rocks, swings. Very cool hill with hill slides built in. Also a workout area and garden to enjoy. We'll be back!

This park is AWESOME! There is some thing here for everyone! Very cool play ground for the younger kids, BMX bike track for kids of all ages, beautiful gazeebo for parents to relax in, even some work out equipment with a spectacular mountain view! Modern and well thought out. We were very impressed with what this small town had to offer. Our kids were occupied for the better part of a day riding the the bike track and playing in the playground. Well worth the stop!
