Not worth it for the price. They charged $77 on a Wednesday morning with no restaurant, no cart girl, no bar to stop and grab a drink after 9. Greens are aerated with dimples all through them, course is in very mediocre shape. I understand they are trying to improve things at the course but charging that much money for such an abysmal experience is mind blowing. Maybe I'll return in a few years after they figure it out

I've played the main course several times but I have never left thinking it was a great round of golf. Don't get me wrong, this course has some very well thought out holes but it also has some holes that appear to be just thrown in at the last minute. A couple of silly holes ruins it for me.
I played the 9 hole course as well and it was better than the main course.

My husband and I both ordered the clams and chips. They were the best clams and there were plenty of them. The food is always very good and the servers are friendly.

There was not a hotel to be had in Halifax and thank God for that, otherwise we would never have stayed here. Ok, so the motel is a bit old and in need of a touch up but the room was big and the beds were good. But our lovely receptionist (wish I could remember the name) was a gem. I have rarely met a person so open and friendly. She really seemed to like her job and she went that extra mile to make sure we were happy.
In the evening we had a meal in the restaurant wich was good but the thing that made it so special was the singer that was permorming that evening. Yep, I am so pleased Halifax was sold out that night.

We stopped to eat at the Rivers Oaks Golf Club restaurant in Meagher's Grant, Nova Scotia last week. We stopped for a late lunch and were very pleased with the service, quality of the food, and the moderate prices. My pan fried haddock came with fried potatoes and vegetables. The fish was fresh; the potatoes were cut up fresh every morning; and the vegetables were likewise fresh and tasty. All this was $11.99, including taxes. Prices are always inclusive of taxes. The excellent hamburgers are $8.99, with their own fries and home made coleslaw. Service is courteous and prompt, and the view over the golf course and the Musquoidoboit Valley are beautiful. What's not to like?

Motel was very basic but clean and very friendly. It is right on the golf course so you can walk from your room to the first tee. Pool was lovely after 18 holes of fun golfing, it's a challenging course, lots of hills. Back deck was very private with a bbq and picnic tables. Had a great overnight stay and would do it again.

Ordered clams and chips. The service was excellent. The clams were plentiful and delicious. My parents had fish and chips. Extra large servings of both. Will go again when we visit Mom and Dad.

A very simple and nice course about an hour drive from the city. It is more laid back than you would see in halifax which make for a great round of golf.
We searched to find a few deals that they always put on to bring in more golfers. They have a small place to eat after your game that is average food with other courses.
Also have the usual carts, small shop or anything you need
