We booked a shuttle from Miami Port to Fort Lauderdale. We had no idea how long immigration would take so allowed 2 hours. It only took 20 mins so rang Express shuttles who arrived within 25 mins. Our cruise terminal had also changed. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

On the website I requested a private shuttle for my family a group of 8 including a 18 month old. On the day we were to be picked up in rolls a mid sized bus shared ride packed full. The bus was 45 minutes late from the scheduled pickup time. The driver (great guy this review has nothing bad to say about him) advises we have to go to fort lauderdale Airport first, which turned out to be a stop at the miami Airport car rental center first. Then the fort lauderdale airport and finally to our motel. Total ride time was over 1.5 hours. Unimpressed with this company.

I recently had a very good experience in getting very reasonable price air port shuttle service after a cruise trip in Miami. Express Shuttle Miami provided excellent services to take my family of 6 adults and 4 kids to the Miami International Airport from the Norweign Cruise terminal. They were punctual, friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend their services to anyone need airport shuttle services from the Miami cruise ports.

The company reps do not speak nor understand English well. So, I think that lead to our issues. I called when we left the cruise port, per instructions. The lady who answered kept getting the booking number wrong. She had the entirely wrong info. I had my printed reservations. I sent her screenshots. She still didn’t understand. Then she tried to charge me DOUBLE. Canceled and used Lyft

We were traveling from Miami Cruise Port to Fort Lauderdale airport. I read some bad reviews the night before and was very nervous about the shuttle.
Everything ended up great. We were 3 adults and 2 kids under 6. We got out to the pick up spot 20 minutes early and he was there in less than 10. Drive was quick, easy, smooth and dropped off right infront of our airline. Will for sure be using again

Booked this shuttle for Ft Lauderdale Airport from Port of Miami. My pick up time was 8:30am. I got off the ship and was waiting before 8am. I was picked up at 8:20am, the driver said he had to pick up some other people. I sat in the van until 9am. I asked the driver when we would be leaving because my flight was at 11. He called his boss and handed me the phone. She told me I had two choices: 1) Pay an additional $25 cash and the driver will take me to the airport now. 2) Wait an hour for the other passengers. She had no regard for my flight being at 11 and the fact that I booked weeks ago to insure I get to the airport on time. At 9:15 I told the driver to take me back to where he picked me up and luckily I was able to get another shuttle and make my flight. I requested and received a refund for my trip and absolutely no apology. You would think I did something wrong. The owner has a bad attitude and does not know how to run a business. I cruise frequently and have never experienced anything like this before. I would never use their services again.

The drivers are very nice but the experience with the lady who answers the phone is terrible. Customer service is a lost art. She is unprofessional and instead of letting me know I possibly booked incorrectly from Hotel to the Cruise, she waits until I come back off the cruise ship and has the driver hand me his phone so she can tell me "you owe $20!" She actually had 2 opportunities to tell me that but again no customer service skills. I gave the phone back to the driver and told him I would give him the money as that was not an issue. Her yelling in the phone and telling me over and over was not making anything better. She proceeds to text me a pic of my reservation to say this is why. I asked her not to text me and I let her know she was unprofessional. She tells me I am rude and that is why she texted me. I will never refer this company and I will never use them again either. I have been on 16 cruises and I have never been treated like this by any of the transportation companies.

I had a 9:30 A.M Pick up from Port of Miami to Ft. Lauderdale airport. I was told to call after I cleared customs. I called at 9:25 after clearing customs, I was told the driver will be there in 20 to 25 minutes. After several calls the driver arrived at 10:15. But was not ready to go, he got into a long discussion with another passanger who appeared to have been left behind from another shuttle. After 15 minutes the driver took this passenger to Miami airport first , even though I had a 11:45 flight out of Ft. Lauderdale. We arrived at the FT. Lauderdale airport at 11:15, bearly in enough time to make my flight, I boarded South West in C catagory, eventhough, I purchased Early Bird A Boarding. This was unecessary stress brought on by a very disorganized company that does not value it's commitements. I would never use this service again. I do not trust them.

Be careful! We booked way in advance and made some changes along the way. Always received confirmations as well as a rebate. Everything seemed so wonderful until we were delivered to FLL airport instead of MIA as we had planned. In fact received a reminder the day prior. Then the owner wanted to argue about whose fault it was! Could not get him to read the reminder his company sent confirming MIA vs FLL.

I booked this shuttle 2 times for a family of 10 before I read the reviews. The first trip was from the cruise ship terminal to a hotel in South Beach. I called once we were outside and the driver was there within 5 minutes. The driver was very nice and drove a new clean van with a trailer to handle all of our luggage. The 2nd time was from the hotel to the airport. Once we were all outside, I called and the van was there within 10 minutes. Again a nice driver, clean van and a trailer for luggage. The experience was great and I definitely would recommend them.

Is payment for a transfer taken from your card when making a booking, taken a day prior to travel or do you pay the driver on the day.

This company takes Pre payment at the time of booking and if you decide not to use there services you will not be refunded I know This because i book there services and a day before my trip I received a cancellation email from the company and I still haven’t received a refund for booking with the company and not using there services I would think twice before booking with this company.
