Several years ago my wife and I travelled to one of the RIUs on Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana. My wife bought me a very nice men's Larimar ring from Harrison's which I wore up until a stone fell from it a few months ago. When we were there we were told the jewelry had a lifetime guarantee. Recently, my parents returned to their favorite RIU hotel on Bavaro Beach and were able to have my ring repaired. Thank you to Dago for looking after my parents and for honoring the guarantee... I wear my ring everyday again.
I would recommend Harrison's in Punta Cana to anyone looking for nice jewelry, and promises kept. If you are there please say hi to Dago for me.

About 20 years ago, I purchased a “Happy Hour Ring” at Harrison’s in Puerto Plata, D.R. and needless to say no longer had the receipt. A few years ago the amber stone cracked and a small piece fell off. I was very disappointed but figured that was it and I would have to pay to have it replaced. Forward to January 2019. We went to Punta Cana on holidays and just out of curiosity I took my ring to the Harrison’s at our resort. They honoured their warranty, replaced the stones, polished the ring and it looks like new and I only paid a labour fee of $12 USD. Now I know why I don’t buy on the beach. Harrison’s = Quality Guaranteed!

Pedro Clime was very helpful and friendly. I recommend visiting his store on Gran Bahia punta cana. I kept on going to chat and buy several times prices are very affordable and the jewelry is excellent.

Bought a necklace from here. Went to pick it up. Very rude. and was expecting a tip. Don't waste your money here. The store used tourists like us to get our money. They believe because we can afford to go to their country they have the right to walk all over us.

As the owner of HARRISON'S I am very sorry about your disappointing experience. I would genuinely like to know more. And if there is anything I can do for you to help you to change your opinion please let me know. I assure you that HARRISON'S as a company most certainly does care about our clients. Imagin, I have been designing jewelry in HARRISON'S since 1980 when I sold my first collection to Saks Fifth Ave. in NYC. I quickly realized that I preferred selling to the public rather than doing wholesale work for others. I love good customer service and quality and those passions are passed down to every member of the HARRISON's staff. If that wasn't the case, we would not be for the past 36 years because you can't survive very long if you don't treat your clients fairly.
Clearly something happened that should not have happened and if you help me, I can address your concern.

I bought two items at the Harrison's store on Caribbean street in the Riu complex in Punta Cana. Two years ago I bought a lovely Larimar and gold sandal charm which I wear on a necklace during the summer months. Last year I bought a beautiful pair of panther head earrings in gold, white and black diamonds, which I love and wear often. Harrison's has a gorgeous display of original and wonderfully crafted jewels. I went back this year just to let them know how happy I have been with my purchases. Perhaps next year I will be able to add to my collection!

I know the panther head earrings. I once designed a panther and emerald pendent for Michael Jackson because I was so inspired by his video Remember the Time. The gold sandal you bought is very popular. I love the fact that you visited us just to say how much you happy you have been with your purchases. I wish more customers would come visit us like that. While staying at Riu Palace, I walked down to Harrison's to purchase some souvenirs before leaving the Dominican Republic. I purchased some Latimar Earrings for a very affordable price. The Sterling Silver was very polished and the beautiful Larimar Stones were very precious. Jeffrey # 105 helped me pick them out. My niece loves them. You can order jewelry on-line through their website www.harrisons.com or call them 809.586.3933.... I have since purchased additional jewelry through their website. I feel in love with the beautiful Latimar stone.

My mother was looking for a nice couple pieces as a memento from Dominican Republic. We stumbled upon this little shop. Had a great experience. Store attendees were very patient and helpful. Did free sizing on rings. Would highly recommend. Thank you Harrison's for a lovely experience. We will enjoy our purchase for years to come.

The Paseo Caribeno is the shopping area of Riu. Ask at the front desk and they will point you in the right direction. I also suggest you ask at the front desk about the free bus to Plaza Palma Real. Very nice shopping experience and there you will have HARRISON'S flagship store. :)

I visited Punta Cana a few years ago and purchased a beautiful Larimar ring from I think was your store. It was a 2 in 1 ring. One side was Larimar and the other side was an brown tiger stone. You could wear it either way. I recently lost my ring. Could I possibly buy another from you just like the original one? I thank you in advance.

Hi Eric, the nearest HARRISON'S to your hotel would be Dreams Resort and Spa in La Romana. It is a 10 min. taxi ride from your hotel. Since most hotels are all exclusive, it would be best to call Guest Services at Dreams Resort first and confirm that they will allow you to come into the hotel if you are not staying there. They are usually very accommodating especially if you say you are interested in possible staying at this hotel in your next visit to the Dominican Rep. ;)

Yes, we do have stores in Punta Cana. HARRISON'S flagship store is in Plaza Palma Real and all the hotels offer free bus transportation there, but we have ten other stores located in different hotels.

You should check with the hotel....sometimes hotels have a free shopping shuttle to Palma real mall. You can ask at the bellboy stand what a taxi will cost otherwise. Beautiful jewelry!
