- Anco MAberdeen, United Kingdom691 contributionsFantasticWe wentel Gardens by the Bay over 2 days. In the first outing we did the light show at the trees as well as the Flower Dome since it would be closed the next day. The light show was great, the Flower Dome had impressive trees but was a bit underwhelming. Second day was for the Floral Fantasy and the Cloud Forest. We had expected the latter to be good, but we’re unsure about the former. In the end both are a must-see. What a place to be!Hello! Thank you for the valuable review. We are glad you had a great time at the Gardens. Looking forward to having you back at the Gardens soon! - Diana APerm, Russia99 contributionsBeautiful placeWas amazed by the size and complexity of the gardens, perfect place to run, walk or bike. Sadly, only saw the outdoors, but even with that I’m more than happy. Tip: after midnight it’s almost empty, so it seems like you have the whole place for yourself, but toilets and water fountains still open.Hello! Thank you for the valuable review. - Abhay MehtaUdaipur, India234 contributionsMesmerizing experienceWhat a mesmerizing experience it was. The light and music show in the evening is ultimate. Though it is visible from faraway places also, but I will suggest you to secure a place at stairs below the tree. Better you lie down to experience it fully. You will never forget this experience in your life.Hello! Thank you for the valuable review. We are glad you had a great time at the Gardens. Looking forward to having you back at the Gardens soon! - Our Wanderings | E&JUnited Kingdom97 contributionsSanctuary for nature loversUnfortunately we arrived a little later than intended - there’s just so much to do in Singapore! Due to time constraints the ticketing office advised for us to purchase the combined Cloud Forest and Flower Dome ticket which on average takes 2.5 hours to cover. We would suggest making sure you arrive in time so you can view both areas in well lit conditions, the light hits in such a beautiful way! When we visited there was the Avatar display in the Cloud Forest which for us slightly tainted our experience as it appeared unnecessary but those who love the Avatar franchise seemed to really enjoy it. We quickly managed to grab a bite in Marina Bay Sands Rasapura Masters food court before returning back to see the Garden Rhapsody light and sound show. This was definitely the highlight of the evening for us. We would suggest arriving 5-10 mins earlier before the show time as it gets very packed and to position yourself close to the Supertree Observatory as this is where most the light display is.Hello! - BlightyEngland128 contributionsBest attraction in SingaporeIf you are in Singapore this is a must see.The actual Garda are free and are stunning. There are two massive domes that have different themes….then there is the sky walk.My advice….book all three in advance on line to jump the queue.Booking is straight forward easy and cheaper.Buy your food there as it’s not too expensive.Getting there by train is a pain….our 20 min taxi was £12. In the evening there is a free light display….all the huge out dot trees light up.It’s amazing. Just stand in the park and watch. As I said at the beginning it’s a must…..a big must.Hello! - WadaSingapore4 contributionsA unique oasis of tranquility and adventureWith its tranquil waterfall, unique aerial walkways, outdoor concerts and outdoor cafes, it's an experience like no other. The lush gardens and landscapes provide a perfect backdrop for a leisurely stroll or a romantic picnic. The aerial walkways provide stunning views of the city skyline and the surrounding greenery. And the outdoor concerts and cafes provide a great way to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. Gardens by the Bay is truly a unique and magical experience!Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten August 14, 2023
- Muhammad A9 contributionsUnique place to spend time atGardens by the Bay is a giant park with a lot of smaller attractions within it like the supertree grove and cloud garden. The attractions are reasonably priced. The place is accessible as the mrt leads up to it as well as a main road entrance for people walking in. Can easily spend half a day here walking around or checking out the different areas this place has to offer.Hello! Thank you for the valuable review. We are glad you had a great time at the Gardens. - Diane M6 contributionsGardens By The Bay - Not To Be MissedMost fabulous experience. We had at least 4 hours walking around this amazing place. The gardens were air conditioned so even though it was a hot day it was pleasant to walk around. It is a unique and beautiful complex. Definitely worth a trip.Visited August 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten August 16, 2023
- moviegeekjnPhoenix, Arizona2,352 contributionsA Must Do in SingaporeAnyone who has seen Crazy Rich Asians will want to see this place. It is the one place most worthwhile seeing in Singapore. You can enjoy the area and gardens without spending a fortune. And this is rare in Singapore. Much of the area is free. And there are two nightly light shows that last for 15 minutes. This is the one "must do" in Singapore.Hello! Thank you for the valuable review. We are glad you had a great time at the Gardens. Looking forward to having you back at the Gardens soon! Had a great afternoon and evening at the gardens. Both outdoor and indoor attractions. To be honest is a little pricy for viewing gardens and flowers but it is also very special. A once off experience. The evening garden music and lights show is also a must. Good fun!

Amazingly beautifull gardens, free entry. The artificial trees in harmonie with natures most beautiful plants. So like Singapore to have these " activ garden spots" to work out or play music. Underneeth the most Iconic building of the moment enjoying nature is a brilliant concept. Loved it

We went to three of the attractions. In the Supergrove, we went to both the Supertree Observatory and the OCBC Skyway. They were similar in that you go high into the supertrees and have views of the city. The Supertree Observatory does have an air-conditioned area and you can buy drinks and sit down. The Skyway has a wonderful walk between supertrees. We also went to the Cloud Forest and I recommend that as well. It is air-conditioned and comfortable. The walk and views of plants and waterfalls was very enjoyable.

We visited with our 3 young children and chose to do the Supertree, Cloud Forest and Flower dome.
Everything was amazing. We enjoyed the Supertree and had amazing views.it was very hot at the top!
The cloud dome was incredible;the kids were happily entertained for almost 3 hours.
The flower dome has the Monet exhibit so was a little more expensive…I personally think the cloud dome is better value as we almost paid $200 for the flowers and Monet.
The actual gardens are free and have so much to discover; as well as a water play area for kids to refresh on the hot humid days.

Hi,
We will have 7 hours stopover time in May at the airport. Are we able to get to see the Gardens by the Bay and can you suggest the best way we can get there?
Thank you
Written March 26, 2024
Yes you have time. You could get a ‘grab’ SE Asia version of Uber. Download the app - easy use. You can also use the MRT, tap on and off using your credit card.

Bonjour,
Combien de temps faut il compter pour visiter Gardens by the Bay, parties gratuites, plus OCBC Skyway, Cloud Forest et Flowers Dome.
Merci pour vos réponses.

Hi. We are wanting to head to Gardens By the Bay to look at the domes before watching the light show. How long will we need to give ourselves to see them?
Written April 19, 2023
I would set the day aside. Go to the one dome in the morning, have lunch at Satay by the Bay, then do the next dome in the afternoon, then see the lights in the evening.
Written April 20, 2023
I'm confused by the ticketing. If I buy Cloud Forest and Floral Dome ticket online, do I also need to buy an admission ticket to the entire Gardens of the Bay in order to access Cloud Forest and Floral Dome? Or is admission to the Gardens of the Bay included in all the other tickets? Cheers.
Written January 16, 2023
The Gardens By The Bay is free and very big (need most of the day to walk around it). You then by a combined entry to the Cloud Forest and Floral or a single ticket to either but it is more expensive. There are other attractions where you have to buy a ticket to such as the Floral Fantasy, Supertree Observatory, Skyway Walk, etc. I really recommend the Floral Fantasy and the Cloud Forest.
Written January 17, 2023
What time should we get there if we wanted to experience cloud forest and the floral garden and then the light show afterwards?
Written October 26, 2022
The Cloud Forest and Floral Garden you can get there anytime although if you got there in the morning you might miss a crowd. I was there during the week early afternoon and had no big crowd. When I was there the light show had 2 sessions at 7.45pm and 8.45pm. It runs for about 15 minutes although the gardens are always lit up at night. There is plenty to see walking around the gardens, day or night.

I bought tickets for my husband and myself can we bring along our 11 months baby?
Written July 30, 2021
The Gardens themselves arent ticketed entry - certain parts within have tickets but Tripadvisor treats these as separate attractions.
Currently all the permanent ticketed attractions have Adults as over 12, Children as 3-12 and under 3s being non-ticketed. So so far as I read their rules, you can take your 11month old in with paying adults for free. None of the main items (Domes, Floral Fantasy or Skywalk seem to prohibit infants - and thats the sort of text you need to check on if they think an infant is at risk on entering).
Temporary exhibits will vary and depend upon their specific rules.

I'll be arriving in Singapore by cruise ship in April 2022🤞. How can I get to the Gardens by the Bay from the cruise terminal?
Written June 24, 2021
Hi,
The MRT stop for Gardens By the Bay is Bayfront Station. Singapore has a very efficient train system which we refer to as the MRT. Hope you enjoy your visit as I do too.

As many have stated the government are on top of this in Singapore. Most hotels take your temp on entry, hand sanitiser everywhere, hardly any visitors, none from China or Korea that we noticed.

I am going here on 16th febuary in afternoon to watch lights and go on skyway and supertree .then next day to go around whole of the garden which tickets will I need for each day thanks
Written January 27, 2020
The two Domes (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) have an entry ticket of $28 Singapore (be advised the two domes are climate cooled) and there is a separate entry ticket for the Skyway (not sure how much but less expensive). The rest of the gardens are free and the evening light shows are great.
