We so enjoyed this excursion with Ryan and Garrett. The highlight was visiting the turtles at their “cleaning station.” With no other boats there, it was peaceful and absolutely overflowing with turtles. We also loved seeing spinning dolphins frolicking on our way to the crater. Finally, Molokini Crater is a beautiful reef in such clear water you don’t even really notice how deep it is. Saw lots of colorful fish and glimpsed a reef shark. The true gem of this trip, though, is the sea turtle station. Thanks again, Ryan and Garrett!

Sebastian, Ryan & Jen were so attentive and went above and beyond making sure everyone had the best experience possible. Jen provided prescription goggles so my husband could see while snorkeling, and gave excellent guides to sea life we saw… both while in the water and when back on the boat. Highly recommend this excursion!

The captain took us on a fun ride on this cool boat, the turtles were really cool to see all together and interactive, then the crater was full of coral and fish. It was incredible for our friend on his first ever snorkel. The staff were extra helpful with our 4 year old helping to manage what could have been a tough time! Then there were the bonus dolphins swimming close. Overall really amazing experience!

We got to explore the deep side of the crater. The deep blue water against the back drop of the crater wall was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It took my breath away. Do not skip this one.

This is the company to go with! The boat is very comfortable — about 35 people compared to 150! We were so glad we were not on some of the other packed boats we saw going out. With a smaller number of people you will get more snorkeling time! The crew was absolutely superb! Ryan, Jen, and Esteban were helpful, humorous, and kind. They are great at what they do and helped all levels of snorkelers. The snacks and lunch were a great treat. We had a wonderful morning! Thank you!

Great boat & crew. Equipment was in good shape. Saw plenty of turtles, and had amazing underwater experience at the crater.

Amazing trip. Ryan and Jen were great. The snorkeling equipment was clean and well maintained. They provided great instruction and gave history of area as well. Completely worth it.

Highly recommended. We went out with Esteban and Ryan. The boat was probably 2/3 full. Esteban and Ryan made sure we were all safe and well informed. The turtle viewing spot was turtle-terrific. We saw so many. Then we boated to the crater, where there were many tropical fish, and the water was fabulously clear. One person needed gluten-free lunch, which was provided. I recommend that you bring a jacket or sweater as suggested in their email. It gets chilly when you’re wet and going fast through the water when the tour is over. You will need to pay for parking at the marina, but it was only $1 per hour. There are indoor toilets at the end of the dock right next to where the boat launches and returns.

Our guides, Ryan and Esteban were fantastic and took great care of us! The snorkeling was top notch and the boat ride was fun as well! We even stopped to watch a family of dolphins! We would definitely recommend this tour!

“Adventure” is right! Went out with hosts Ryan & Esteban for the “Molokini Crater Zodiak Adventure - Snorkel and Turtle Cove Swim” and it was an incredible and memorable experience. Hit two spots, one with numerous majestic sea turtles, one with innumerable colorful tropical fish over a coral reef. Loaner gear, provided snacks, friendliness + expertise of the hosts all on point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The entire experience was amazing. The crew is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We stopped first to see turtles and it was amazing! I have never seen so many here in Maui and it’s the 4th time we come to this island. After that, we stopped at the Molokini crater was full of adventure and great fishes. Lunch was yummy and the snacks and drinks kept us fueled for the time there.

Swimming with sea turtles at their "cleaning station" near Makena Landing Park was truly magical. The opportunity to witness these majestic creatures up close in their natural habitat was an experience I'll never forget. Additionally, exploring the Marine Sanctuary at Molokini Crater was fascinating and worthwhile, especially for first-time snorkelers. One of the stand-outs of the trip was undoubtedly the fantastic crew members, Ryan and Garrett. Their warmth, friendliness, and extensive knowledge of the area and marine life made the journey even more memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the excursion. Overall, I can't recommend Molokini Crater Zodiak Adventure enough. If you're lucky, you'll have Ryan and Garrett as your captains, ensuring an unforgettable and enriching adventure. Don't hesitate to book your snorkeling excursion with them – you won't be disappointed!

Great trip, worth the money. Smaller group is always better. They even provided sandwiches! Snorkeling was perfection, but back side of the reef with 400 foot drop was out of this world. I have never seen anything like this! Highly recommend!!!

Best snorkel tour I’ve been on in a long time! Ryan and Garrett were so great - super knowledgeable and easy going. Their turtle stop was phenomenal and we made two stops at the crater because we had a few extra minutes - very, very cool to be able to check out the wall and massive under water drop off on the back side! One of the best parts of this for us was that it was a smaller tour on a smaller quicker boat. The big tours are ok for first timers - but the embarking, disembarking, teaching, and overall slowness of the big tours gets a little tedious when you’re comfortable snorkeling - and these guys would have been great with first timers too. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Ryan and Garrett were our guides and they did a great job. Basically while we swam with turtles they spent the whole time scoping out where the turtles were so we could swim over and get as much turtle time as possible. This exceeded expectations and is definitely something I’d recommend to my friends.
