About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 863sofiaw0 contributionsA price worthy wine tourWe had a wonderful experience on the Txakoli tour! Before the tour our guide Iker brought us to a picturesque fishing village and shared his knowledge about the history of the village, which was great. The winery tour was an excellent opportunity to learn about the Txakoli wine and how it is made from scratch. Iker made the whole trip memorable, as he was kind and also gave us great restaurant recommendations and attractions to visit during our stay in San Sebastian.Written July 20, 2024
- Inspire075845357890 contributionsAmazing tourWe took the tour to Hondarribia, San Juan and San Pedro with Iker. It was a very interesting tour that helps you understand what being Basque is about. At the same time you get a lot of history and couleur locale. I also loved the fact that it was a Spanish-English tour so I could pratice my Spanish a bitWritten July 18, 2024

Our guide Alby picked us up in San Sebastián and drove to the Rioja Alavesa region where we visited 2 wineries and had a traditional Rioja lunch. The views of the landscape were amazing and the wines and food were even better. Our guide and driver Alby was very professional. He had great knowledge of the area and took great care of our group every step of the way. We’re grateful to Alby for this amazing experience.Written July 11, 2024

- 815drif0 contributionsExcellent tour, excellent guide, and a highlight of our Basque Country tripMy girlfriend and I loved this tour. We learned a lot about Getaria, sampled some tasty wines, and enjoyed learning about the Basque Country. Our guide, Imanoel (very sorry if I misspelled his name), was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and he made the tour an exceptional experience. He even hooked us up with a recommendation for a delicious local restaurant after the tour ended. One of the highlights of our trip.Written July 7, 2024
- ofrid19740 contributionsFantastic trip!My recent trip to Biarritz with a small group was absolutely fantastic! Biarritz is a stunning coastal town that offers the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and cultural experiences. We arrived in Biarritz and were immediately struck by its charm and we took a leisurely stroll around the town. The Basque architecture and picturesque streets set the perfect tone for our trip. Our second stop was the Basque city Bayonne A short trip to Bayonne was a wonderful addition to our itinerary. We wandered through the charming old town. Lunch in Bayonne allowed us to sample more local flavors. Overall Impression Biarritz is a gem on the French Atlantic coast. It offers something for everyone, from stunning beaches and exciting surf to rich cultural experiences and fantastic cuisine. Traveling with a small group allowed us to share these wonderful moments together, creating memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend Biarritz to anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in a beautiful setting. --Written July 3, 2024
- Colin B0 contributionsKnowledgeable and well informed tourA good tour to introduce you to San Sebastián and learn about some of the history. Our guide was knowledgeable and clearly knew a lot and was enthusiastic in her approach.Written June 30, 2024
- J3597FDjoannet0 contributionsWorth doingKnowledgeable guide, very informative and we saw parts of San Sebastian we wouldn't have discovered on our own, The one pintxo and small drink came at the end of the walk, we thought we might be stopping frequently to eat so didn't eat breakfast, which was a mistake. The starting point would have been easier to find had the directions stated next to the bandstand.Written June 30, 2024
- mikelp6650 contributionsGreat tour optionThe pintxos tour in San Sebastian was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, a local food expert, was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Basque cuisine. The tour included visits to five different pintxos bars, each offering a unique atmosphere and specialty dishes. Our group consisted of about ten people, a perfect size to ensure personalized attention while allowing for social interaction. Our guide, Maria, was exceptional. She was not only passionate about Basque cuisine but also well-versed in the region’s history and traditions. Her storytelling added a rich layer to the tour, making it more than just a food tasting experience.Written June 28, 2024
