Signed up for painting the piece I made 4 weeks ago. The teacher we signed up with was not there, and the girl that greeted us gave a 30 second overview of "Here are the paints, this is the colour before and after firing, do you have any questions?" The paints provided didn't match the swatches and therefore my friend and I had to guess what the colours were. Our "hostess" disappeared and never checked in on us again. We felt abandoned and left to fend for ourselves.

Very disappointed with the lack of follow up and promises. My wife and I were given a gift certificate. We selected a class for glass art. Like other posts, we were told they would put the products in the kiln when it was next running and they would contact us to come back and pick up. Six weeks went by with no contact. My wife tried repeatedly to contact. No follow up. She booked another class time to go back when knew someone would be there. They could find our products and repeatedly told my wife how they were responsive to customers. Wife had to point out repeatedly how she tried to contact them and no one followed up. To have her go away, they gave her a cell number. She has been texting and no response. Potential customers - beware. Wish I had read the other Google reviews. They are not wrong.

Do not go here they do not know what customer service is. I bought by accident a class as my auto populate was on. I was driving there and my car broke down. My sister went to the class and was told I would be refunded. They don’t answer the phones, emails if responded to are robotic. I did not get a refund and keep getting told I can rebook. I live over an hour away and wouldn’t rebook. I have my own small business and would never treat people this way. My friends even had issues and no one is helping them either

A friend and I did a glass fusion night in August. We were told that we would get a call in a month to pick up. I emailed 3 times, left 2 messages, and texted a couple of times. I had taken a picture so I even sent photos of what it looked like. No response. Finally I went online and booked a time to pick up in early December. (Online bookings were for pottery, but I booked one anyhow.) I went through all of the boxes and our items were not there. The employee gave me a cell number to text. Same result: no response. We paid $50 each. I want reimbursement.

Trying to rebook a cancelled appointment, But they never respond. Looks like a scam. No refund, not even if you requested within 24 hrs of booking. And the booking is like weeks away.

It was fun, but not quite what I was expecting from the add/posting. We did get to use the wheel and make a clay pot/bowl. But the picture on the add is of a large size bowl while the maximum size bowl you can make with this class is a coffee cup. I get that they need to keep it simple for beginners, but make the photo match. Also the add says that they can glaze and fire your piece for an extra fee but they don’t tell you that you need to take your piece home for two months to dry and then book another decorating class. If that is what the clay needs in order to dry, ok, but be up front in the add.

Eli and Blair were incredible instructors! My family and I had an incredible time. We laughed a lot and learned so much in just 1 hour. They were both very attentive and sweet. Certainly going to go back and take my friends there for this cool experience! Thank you so much Eli & Blair!!

Basic pottery skills with individualized attention. Not quite a full a hour of activity. Still need to return to fire the bowl and give it some color.
