Excellent tour guides. Took the time to describe historical and points of interest. Transportation was very comfortable. Very organized. Will definitely recommend this tour and company. Job well done!

The lake was beautiful but if I had to give a piece of advice is to get away from the crowds and hike to the lookout or the Tea House. It’s not flat but very double by a 48 yo who is out of shape. My family of 5 had breakfast at the Fairmont and it was reasonable and good. My wife and daughter canoed and loved it as well. At Lake Moraine we did the Consolation Lake hike and it wasn’t easy but I & 2 others in my family made it with little issues. The views were well worth it. It took about 2 hours hiking round trip. My wife & daughter saw the lake & relaxed along the lake. They had a really good time was well. We used Fairview Limo service and their service was excellent.

The tour began with a 3 hr delay in VIA train departing from Vancouver. There were also many stops along the way as we had to give way to freight trains using same track. Our scheduled arrival in Jasper was 11am....but we arrived at 8pm and so missed Day 2 of the tour completely. We realise the train delay was no fault of Calgary Tours, but we were very disappointed. Days 3-5 were great. Sonny and Jesse were excellent tour guides, but it was sometimes difficult to hear their commentary if they spoke too fast. The bus was comfortable, and because we paid for VIP seating at the front we were able to enjoy unrestricted views from our seats. The scenery was stunning, and our comfort and needs were well catered to. The accommodation provided with the tour was very good.

Excellent tour, right amount of time in each place. Views were breathtaking. The few showers didn't diminish the tour. Driver was good.

Our tour guide David is very knowledgeable and organized. I would say he is one of the most helpful and considerate tour guides so far. This is my second time booking the 5-day Fairmont Canadian Rockies with Calgary tour, and this time was even better because I brought my family with me. We had an amazing time. The weather was perfect almost every day, except for the last day when it rained. I would highly recommend this tour and will come back again, maybe in autumn or winter.

Calgary tour did a great job. The tour guide is excellent. It is a unique tour. However, comparing with the Banff, Jasper, or Columbia Icefield, the dinosaur valley & Horseshoe Canyon are not that great.

It is great to see the areas around Banff. The tour guide is very knowledgeable. He told us the history. He also told us where to take pictures.

Excellent attractions, excellent schedule, excellent tour guide, excellent tour company, good price. My family enjoys teh trip.

We did the day tour -Banff Journey aviator. Pick up was from Canmore and included in the visit was Lake Louise, Johnstone Canyon, Bow River, Secret Place and Banff. Our tour guide was really nice but only a driver. He didn’t get out with us except in Lake Louise because he couldn’t find any parking. Everything was very rushed and less should have been included. AJ didn’t have enough knowledge and provided limited information with very minimal commentary on route.

AJ did a great job with our tour with boundless energy and positivity. His knowledge was extensive and his patience was exemplary. We learned a great deal about the area and appreciated his attention to detail - especially the way he remained conscious of our schedule while avoiding traffic jams with incredible expertise! Great job AJ!

A lovely trip exploring Banff and Rocky Mountains. Our tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable and kept us informed as we drove.

From the swimming pools fed from natura; hot springs to wilderness abounding, Jasper and surroundings are breath taking. There are so many free animals, but please do not feed them. Then they will wander into town looking for food, Jasper is very nice and even has a small movie theatre.

The landscapes felt like something out of a dream. Our tour guide, Samuel, was not only friendly but also incredibly funny. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, making wondeful memories for my trip

An amazing journey with an excellent tour guide who made us fall in love with this land. Unfortunately, I left an item on the vehicle during the return trip, but the travel agency and the driver promptly helped resolve the issue. Next time, if any relatives or friends want to travel, Cola Travel will be the only choice！

The hotels were amazing esp Fairmont Banff Spring Hotel! We were like living in a castle. The tour guides were good and it was an enjoyable experience
