Bad experience. They offer direct flight - non stop, 7H55m, at the end they made one stop for around 2 hours, and when I return again one stop for 90 min. I sent my complaint, and they reply back so easy, fresh, cool, nice : "safety for passengers and crews, we give priority to safety over punctuality" No option to complaint, no option to claim compensation, because was less than 3 hours. At the end, direct flight is no true, and this kind of advertisement is still on, is a regular routine, so how can they dont mention that, just one stop to refill oil?…
