We flew Porter Airlines from Orlando to Toronto on their Embraer E195-E2 featuring an only 2-2 configuration throughout the flight which made it easier and comfortable for the 3 hour flight. Very satisfied with the friendly cabin crew and excellent snacks they provide which is unlimited! Would strongly recommend flying them again in the future!…

WORSE AIRLINE EVER! They canceled our flight, made us wait 12 HOURS in the airport saying everytime they would put us in another flight. The staff was lost, no communication at all with the passengers. They announced that a new check in would start to realocate passangers and right after canceled it again, but no announcement was made. No apologies at all! When trying to contact them online they kept shutting off and disconnecting the chat. Impossible to contact by the phone. When finally picked up the phone, they said they couldnt do anything about it and we are having a really hard time to get a rembursement! A TRULY SCAM! DO NOT FLIGHT WITH THEM!…

Horrible experience. They lost my luggage on a direct flight from Montreal to Edmonton. They have no idea where my luggage is and costumer service is no help.
