Situated on the west coast of southern Thailand facing the Andaman Sea, Krabi Province has grown hugely popular as a beach destination in recent years. Its white-sand beaches and spectacular limestone karsts create the postcard-perfect scenery.

The town of Krabi is more low-key than Phuket or Koh Samui and serves as a gateway to idyllic locations such as Phi Phi Island, known as the setting for the movie ‘The Beach’, and Railay Beach for its spectacular rock climbing.
