President Trump has been spending a lot of time at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach (he recently spent his fourth weekend in a row there), and come fall he may have a new local dining option with Trump family connections—if the new owner isn't evicted first.

Rossano Rubicondi, Ivana Trump's fourth and most-recent ex-husband, broke news when he announced he's opening a pizzeria called Rossano to Go in West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Post reports. (Ivana is Donald Trump's first wife—they were married from 1977 to 1992—and she's the mother of his three eldest children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric.)

Now it turns out that Rubicondi is facing both eviction from his West Palm Beach home along with a lawsuit from a local company that allegedly offered him a loan for the pizzeria, according to Gossip Extra.

The lawsuit reportedly states that Rubicondi, who is 20 years Ivana's junior and married her at Mar-a-Lago in 2008 before splitting eight months later, owes $49,000. He's also allegedly $2,400 behind in rent on a home in the Northwood section of West Palm Beach, and the owner of the property is allegedly trying to evict him.

He can probably count on his ex for support—at least of the emotional variety. Ivana said in 2013 that she and Rubicondi still "adore each other."

"Who knows what will happen," she added. "God gave us the second chance, and we'll see."

The Rome-born Rubicondi said his restaurant will reflect his health-conscious attitude: "I do gym. I play tennis. And the pizza? Because I'm Italian," Rubicondi told the Palm Beach Post.

Rossano to Go's pizza will be made in a wood-burning oven by a chef from Naples.

He says there will be a White House pizza with white truffles on it, and he may name another pie for Ivana. The offerings will also include "all kinds of appetizers" along with cheese boards, "very healthy" juices, and gluten-free options.

"These are very good for the Palm Beach women, who like to eat healthy. They will love it," Rubicondi said.

Maybe the president will love it too—if it actually opens. Rubicondi said he's found a fire truck that he plans to take to food festivals and events. He'll even use it to deliver pizza to Mar-a-Lago.
