Chef notes

This drink is a play on the classic Long Island iced tea, but instead of all the liquor of the original, it uses actual iced tea. It's perfect for a party — just put out the pitcher, a bucket of ice, cups and it's a self-serve cocktail.

Technique tip: Like cooking with wine, make sure you like the limoncello before using in this recipe. The longer this refrigerates, the better it tastes.

Swap option: Lemon sorbet is a great substitute for the limoncello here.
