Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kristin and Mark are NOT in the cohabitating stage, despite much speculation their romance is heading to the next level. We're told Kristin and Mark's relationship is really strong, but they're not ready to live together full-time.

While many people assume Mark and his brother still live in Montana -- mainly because their TikTok name is the Montana Boyz -- ME actually has his own place in Nashville, where Kristin plans to spend some time while she's house hunting. We're told she'll also stay at her L.A. condo.

Holly Madison is facing some heat from Crystal Hefner's legal team ... they say the former Playboy model is causing "serious harm" to the late Playboy mogul's widow.

In a cease and desist letter, obtained by TMZ, Crystal's lawyer calls out Holly for her podcast interview with Hugh Hefner's son, Marston -- ripping her remarks on the episode as "malicious and intentionally misleading."

Holly, Marston and Bridget Marquardt chatted on the May 12 episode of the "Girls Next Level" podcast, and according to the letter ... they insinuated Crystal kept Hugh "doped up" during the final years of his life in order to take advantage of him financially.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney got together with Jason during her trip to Las Vegas last week with her brother Bryan. We're told she and her bro are still tight with Jason, and they reached out to him to say they were going to be in town and would love to catch up.

Matt Prokop -- a former child actor who was the subject of a restraining order for allegedly abusing Sarah Hyland -- has been arrested in Texas, TMZ has learned.

Victoria PD Sergeant Dailey tells TMZ ... Prokop and his girlfriend were out together Saturday when she allegedly told someone Matt assaulted her. Police were called to the location, but say the two were gone when they arrived.

About an hour later, cops say they received a call about a disturbance at another spot in Victoria ... where they say they found Matt and his girlfriend.

1:13 PM PT -- A rep for InterContinental Hotels & Resorts tells TMZ ... "This hotel is no longer under IHG management, and we do not have any access to prior incident records or footage."

10:56 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... there is no record cops can track down as it pertains to this 2016 incident at the InterContinental, so it doesn't appear to have been mentioned to cops in a police report, or otherwise reported to the authorities.

In terms of cops opening a case on this now, LAPD tells TMZ ... For cases before January 2020, it's a 3 year statute of limitations -- and after January 2020, it's 5 years. In other words, there's no chance cops will dive into this specific incident for potential criminal charges at this point, at least as far as the LAPD is concerned.

Zac Brown wants a judge to force his estranged wife to take down an Instagram post that he says is incredibly damaging to him ... and he went to court to make it happen.

The country singer filed documents Friday against Kelly Yazdi -- whom he married in August ... only to split up with her four months later through a joint statement, amounting to a complete 180 on their relationship.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Zac claims that an Instagram post Kelly has up on her feed is in violation of confidentiality agreements she has signed with him.
