After leaving my career in electrical construction sales management and completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2022, I felt called to create a space for people to just BE.
A place to unite the community in holistic wellness through movement, sound, breathwork, workshops, events, and proven self-care modalities.
A place to relax, rediscover yourself and connect with like-minded souls.
After quitting drinking in 2020, the key to my healing was through mindfulness and community. I knew we needed a place to connect with each other and disconnect from the stress, anxiety, and constant DOING in our everyday lives.
Hence The Zen Den of Gilbert was born!
