Wales appears to be peppered with windfarms, but this reader noticed none on his way by road into London

Sir, I live in Wales where it seems there is a windfarm at every turn. Last weekend I drove along the M4, M25 and M11 to London. I didn’t see one windfarm. Can someone explain?
