Formed by the 2009 merger of Veale Wasbrough and Vizards Tweedie, the Bristol-based firm VWV can trace its roots back as far as the early 19th century. It works across sectors including construction, real estate, healthcare and technology.
This year it acted for the commercial cleaning company CleanTEC in its sale to an employee ownership trust, which led to staff becoming the majority shareholders in the business. VWV also worked with the Bristol-based biotech company CytoSeek to secure financing from the Science Creates Ventures investment fund.
