This one had a soft, creamy texture and gave strong, true colour. A few testers felt it slid around during the day, but others disagreed.
3. Mac Technakohl

Testers appreciated the user-friendly retractable nib, but found the formula too hard for the delicate eye area. It stayed put all day, though.
4. Korres Eyeliner Pencil

The hardest pencil. Some testers said it dragged their skin. However, they liked the bold colour when first applied.
