WHO'S DRINKING WHAT

The latest panacea-in-a-carton is pomegranate juice. It’s stuffed with vitamins, folic acid and cancer-fighting properties, and a glassful contains more antioxidants than 10 cups of green tea, apparently (as well as tasting better). More to the point, it was the juice of choice for Charlie’s Angels Cameron, Lucy and Drew on set, so perhaps it also helps you look fab in a swimsuit while duffing up villains.

Pomegreat, £1.39 a litre, from supermarkets including Waitrose and Sainsbury’s
