While the focus of the GQ Men of the Year awards is supposed to be Hollywood’s leading males, they’re at a distinct disadvantage — red carpets were made for the peacocking and frock-offs between female stars. There was plenty of flesh on display — perhaps to cater to the sexy, slick identity of the magazine. Take a look at model Cara Delevingne’s Burberry barely there black dress, or Jourdan Dunn’s equally revealing Zuhair Murad couture gown. There were, however, some who were beating to the sound of their own drum, with Pippa Middleton choosing a demure Hugo Boss embellished silk skirt and top in a pretty blush pink shade.
