GET REVVED UP IN DUBLIN
Earplugs could come in handy in the city centre today as Jenson Button joins a host of other motoring stars for the Bavaria City Racing event. The exhibition of high-end performance motoring takes place from 12-5pm, and is expected to attract 100,000 fans of sports such as Formula 1, superbikes, touring cars, rallying and drifting.

The Iniscealtra Festival of Arts is set in the picturesque village of Mountshannon, on the shores of Lough Derg. The theme of this year’s festival is using “found and obsolete materials” to create new things. Now in its 17th year, the festival consists of exhibitions, classical and traditional music, and art workshops for the whole family.
