The joy of sex in the winter

HOW DO women keep their spirits up during these cold, gloomy months? By getting down to business with their beloved, a survey this week suggests.

A thousand women were asked what they do to cheer themselves up when they’re feeling blue and, as well as highlighting the joy of sex, the survey results also indicated that sisters hanker after a bit of solitude when they are feeling low. Given the option of watching a comedy (a good one, mind – watching Some Mothers Do ’Ave ’Em may fuel feelings of despair) or seeking the company of their pals, double the number of women chose the former.

And considering that only a few women reported that they get joy from material activities such as shopping, eating chocolate or getting a facial, perhaps the greatest present you chaps could give your woman this Valentine’s Day is mind-blowing sex.
