Sir, Ross Anderson (times2, June 13) should know that churros come from Spain. Indeed, I have taken many breakfasts in the local churrería, where the old men who know best dunk them in their coffee. Butter is more likely to be used than chocolate sauce; my own favourite is golden syrup, but that requires a trip to Gibraltar first.
