Sir, The latest government measures on binge drinking will perhaps be of some small consolation to many town centre residents (reports, Jan 19). However, they do fall well short of tackling the debilitating problem of sleep disruption caused by inconsiderate and well-lubricated customers moving noisily between venues in the early hours.
