Slater and Gordon Lawyers works with people who have died after developing mesothelioma, an asbestos-related condition. It represents the family of Anne-Patricia, a former BBC secretary who was diagnosed with the condition in early 2023 and died a few weeks later. The firm has appealed for information from anyone who worked at BBC Broadcasting House or the BBC Duchess Street building between 1958 and 1968.

It has also been instructed by clients who have suffered accidents while flying with airlines. The firm represents a woman who ordered some hot drinks on an EasyJet flight that were put on her tray table, which the firm says was defective and led to the drinks spilling on her, burning her body and causing permanent scarring. It also represented a woman who the firm says suffered head and neck injuries after baggage from an overhead compartment fell on her during a Ryanair flight.
