Shakespeare Martineau assisted one of its clients, the data analytics platform Rosslyn Data Technologies, in raising £3 million to help scale the business. The company raised funds via an “accelerated bookbuild”, which involves offering shares in a short time period, with little to no marketing.

The firm advised Jayan Care Homes on the purchase of Wilbury Care Home in East Sussex, which is a ten-minute walk from Hove seafront and which provides round-the-clock care for up to 19 elderly residents, specialising in dementia, Alzheimer’s and palliative care.

The firm has offices across the UK, including in Bristol, Solihull and Edinburgh. It supports businesses, and also individuals on personal matters such as wills, prenuptial agreements, residential conveyancing and tax planning.
