Service dinner: 29 Commando Regiment Royal Artillery

The Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Col R. M. Smith, RA, hosted the St Barbara’s Day dinner night on December 2, 2009 at the Royal Citadel officers’ mess, Plymouth.

Guests present were the Commander Royal Artillery 3 (UK) Division, Brigadier N. Marshall, the Honorary Colonel of 29 Cdo Regt RA, Brigadier G. L. Kerr, OBE, Commanding Officer of the 11th Marine Artillery Regiment, Colonel F. Goguenheim, Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff 3 Commando Brigade, Lieutenant Colonel J. Hedges, OBE, RM and Lieutenant Colonel D. May, MBE, RM. Toasts were made to the Queen, the President of the French Republic and to Gunners Ubique.
