Recent transactions include the Power Sheds partnership with BSW Group, the largest integrated forestry business in the UK. It has acted for Power Sheds since incorporation, with constitutional documents at the outset and assisting the company with moving to larger premises (twice).

In Foresight Group’s investment in the MSL Property Care Services Group, the deal was structured such that a new special-purpose vehicle acquired the entire issue share capital of the company from the existing shareholders, with a rollover investment provided by the shareholders in the new vehicle.

It also worked on BGF’s £13.75 million investment in Blue-i Group to fuel the audio-visual production company’s recruitment plans to expand its technical teams and accelerate a capital investment programme to support European sales growth.
