Why and when was it decided to replace completely some Welsh place names with English ones (Swansea for Abertawe; Mold for Yr Wyddgrug) slightly alter others (Flint for Y Fflint; Wrexsam for Wrecsam), but to leave others completely unchanged (Betws-y-Coed, Pwllheli)?
