Serves 1
1 large carrot (about 150g)
2 celery sticks (about 80g)
1 medium beetroot (about 120g)
Half a large cucumber (about 150g)
A small handful of fresh parsley (15g), leaves and stalks
A small handful of fresh basil (15g), leaves and stalks
1 garlic clove (optional)
Wash all the ingredients and chop the vegetables so they’ll fit in your juicer, placing the leaves and herbs between the harder veg. Juice all the ingredients together, stir well and drink immediately.
