There was a time when Ed Miliband would have loved prime-time US coverage. His latest appearance stateside, however, is not what he might have had in mind.
An American broadcaster seeking a generic image for a report about flu season chose a photograph of the former Labour leader blowing his nose, seemingly unaware of who he was.
Mr Miliband tweeted: “Proud of new role in international health promotion. When America sneezes . . . #flulabour”.
