Sir, I notice that Giles Coren currently has it in for Pizza Express (Magazine, June 12).
Next time he dines at a chic, newly opened restaurant, I would like him to take along my three children.
The eldest is fourteen; he doesn’t like fish and tends to tease his younger brother. His younger brother is ten; he doesn’t like rice or anything with butter in it, can’t sit still for too long and tends to drink your wine when your back is turned. Their sister is four; she likes to visit the lavatory every ten minutes during dinner, doesn’t like fish, carrots or anything spicy and tends to poke her brothers in the arm with a fork.
