Sir, There is another aspect to wasted time at doctors’ surgeries (report, June 19) — patients who attend promptly but are not seen until well past the appointed time.
Of the six outpatient appointments I have had in the past six months, the delays have varied been between 60 and 90 minutes. On only one occasion was I seen at the appointed time.
